Özet
Tez, Rus dilinde kullanılan askeri ve idari terimler arasında Türkiye Türkçesi ve-Türki kökenli olanların sistematik bir şekilde incelenmesini amaçlamıştır. Sadece bu terimlerin sistematik bir şekilde sıralanmasının ötesine geçerek, bu terimlerin Rus dilindeki kabul edilme derecesini ve dil sistemi içindeki ilişkilerini tanımlamayı hedeflemiştir. Araştırmanın temel odak noktası, Rus dilinde kullanılan askeri ve idari terminolojinin Türkiye Türkçesi ve Türki kökenli unsurlarıdır. Bu terimlerin belirlenmesi ve sistematik bir şekilde sıralanması, bu çalışmanın ana amacını oluşturmuştur. Bu temel amaç doğrultusunda, aşağıdaki ana görevler belirlenmiştir: İlgili literatürü, bu çalışmanın odaklandığı sorunlar açısından detaylı bir şekilde analiz etmek. Rus diline Türkçe kökenli terimlerin ne zaman ve nasıl ödünç alındığının tarihsel koşullarını belirlemek. Türkçe kökenli terimlerin kaynaklarını belirlemek ve bu terimlerin nasıl Rus diline girdiğini incelemek.Türkiye Türkçesi ve Türki kökenli terimlerin kullanıldığı alanları tanımlamak ve bu terimlerin kullanım bağlamını analiz etmek.Türkçe kökenli terimlerin dil içindeki kabul edilme derecesini belirlemek ve bu terimlerin Rus dil sistemi içindeki yerini saptamak.Bu terimlerin sesbilgisel, anlambilimsel ve morfolojik özelliklerini incelemek ve dil sistemi içindeki rolünü değerlendirmek.Terimlerin etimolojilerini araştırmak ve kökenlerini izlemek.Türkçe kökenli terimlerin Rus dil sistemindeki benimsenme derecesini türetilmiş ilişkiler, kullanım sıklığı ve anlam gelişimi gibi faktörlerle değerlendirmek. Bu çalışma, Rus dilinin Türkiye Türkçesi ve Türki kökenli askeri ve idari terminolojiye olan katkısını daha iyi anlamamıza ve bu terimlerin dil sistemi içindeki rolünü net bir şekilde tanımlamamıza yardımcı olmuştur.

The thesis aims to systematically examine the Turkish-Turkic and Turkey Turkish origin military and administrative terms used in the Russian language. Beyond merely cataloging these terms systematically, the goal is to define their degree of adoption in the Russian language and their relationships within the linguistic system. The central focus of this research is on the Turkish-Turkic and Turkey Turkish elements within the military and administrative terminology used in the Russian language. Identifying and systematically categorizing these terms constitute the primary objective of this study. In pursuit of this core objective, the following key tasks have been delineated: Thoroughly analyze the relevant literature within the context of the issues under examination. Determine the historical conditions surrounding the borrowing of Turkish-origin terms into the Russian language. Identify the sources of Turkish-origin terms and investigate how these terms entered the Russian language. Define the domains in which Turkish-origin terms from Turkish-Turkic and Turkey Turkish sources are employed and analyze the contexts of their usage. Determine the extent of acceptance of Turkish-origin terms within the Russian language and ascertain their position within the Russian language system. Examine the phonetic, semantic, and morphological characteristics of these terms and assess their roles within the language system. Investigate the etymologies of these terms and trace their origins. Evaluate the degree of assimilation of Turkish-origin terms within the Russian language system, taking into account factors such as derivational relationships, frequency of usage, and semantic development. This study has contributed to a better understanding of the Russian language's incorporation of military and administrative terminology from Turkish-Turkic and Turkey Turkish sources and has aided in defining the role of these terms within the Russian language system.
