Özet
Bu çalışmada, ERP destekli reel maliyet muhasebe sistemi geliştirilerek, maliyetlerin doğru şekilde elde edilmesi hedeflenmiştir. İlgili dönem içerisinde yapılan tüm masraf/giderlerin operasyonlara dağıtılması, bunu yaparken de standart işlem süreleri yerine gerçekleşen işlem sürelerinin kullanılması amaçlanmıştır. Karşılaşılan problemler ve iyileştirmek istenilen mevcut sistem için yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda, operasyonların gerçekleşen işlem süreleri, SQL veri tabanı kullanılarak C# dilinde yazılan ara yazılım ile sahadan alınarak ERP sistemine entegre edilmesi sağlanmış ve maliyet muhasebesi ile bağlantıları kurularak gerekli yazılım ve sistem eksiklikleri giderilmiştir. Uygulama sonucunda üretim takibi sağlanarak, maliyet muhasebesi için gerekli bilgiler sahadan alınıp ERP sitemi ile entegre çalışması sağlanmıştır. İlgili dönem içerisinde yapılan giderlerin maliyetlere yansıdığı ve küçük sapmalar haricinde doğruluğu tespit edilmiştir. Anlık üretim/tüketimler sayesinde stok doğruluk oranının arttığı saptanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda maliyetlerin doğru bir şekilde elde edilmesi sağlanmıştır. ERP sistemlerindeki standart yaklaşımların aksine değişken durumların sisteme entegre edilmesi ile maliyetlerin güncelliği ve güvenilirliği artırılmıştır.

In this study, it is aimed to obtain the costs correctly by developing an ERP supported real cost accounting system. It is aimed to distribute all the costs/expenses incurred during the relevant period to the operations, while using realized transaction times instead of standard transaction times. As a result of the problems encountered and the studies carried out for the existing system that is desired to be improved, the actual processing times of the operations were taken from the field with the intermediate software written in C# using the SQL database, and integrated into the ERP system, and the necessary software and system deficiencies were eliminated by establishing connections with cost accounting. As a result of the application, production tracking was ensured, and the necessary information for cost accounting was obtained from the field and integrated with the ERP system. It has been determined that the expenses incurred during the relevant period are reflected in the costs and they are correct except for minor deviations. It was determined that the stock accuracy rate increased thanks to instant production/consumption. As a result of the study, it was ensured that the costs were obtained correctly. Contrary to standard approaches in ERP systems, the timeliness and reliability of costs have been increased by integrating variable situations into the system.
