Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı; üniversal adeziv olarak adlandırılan ve tüm adeziv tekniklerle uygulanabilen bir adezivin (G2-Bond Universal,GC Europe) farklı adeziv teknikler (total etch ve self etch) ve farklı kompozit yerleştirme teknikleri (bulk-fill tekniği ile Tetric PowerFill bulk-fill kompozit, inkremental tabakalama tekniği ile G-aenial Posterior geleneksel mikrohibrit kompozit) ile uygulanmasının postoperatif hassasiyete etkisini incelemektir. Materyal-Metot: Bu klinik çalışma kapsamında premolar dişlerinde primer çürük lezyonu bulunan 70 hastaya 140 restorasyon gerçekleştirilmiştir. Her hastaya her adeziv teknikten birer adet olmak üzere iki adet restorasyon uygulanmıştır. Adeziv rezin G2-Bond Universal, üretici talimatlarına göre total etch ve self etch teknikleri ile kullanılmıştır. Kaviteler daha sonra Tetric PowerFill kompozit rezin kullanılarak bulk-fill tekniği ile veya G-aenial Posterior geleneksel kompozit rezin kullanılarak inkremental tabakalama tekniği ile tamamlanmıştır. Postoperatif hassasiyet, VAS (visual analog skala) puanlama indeksi kullanılarak başlangıç (0.gün), 1., 7. ve 14. günlerde; soğuk, hava ve çiğneme uyaranları ile değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Soğuk, hava ve çiğneme uyaranları ile yapılan testlerde, çalışma grupları arasında postoperatif hassasiyet açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark izlenmemiştir. Sonuç: Çalışmamızın sınırlamaları dahilinde test edilen üniversal adeziv rezinin; farklı adeziv teknikler (total etch veya self etch) ve farklı kompozit yerleştirme teknikleri (bulk-fill veya inkremental teknik) ile kullanımının postoperatif hassasiyeti etkilemediği sonucuna varılmıştır.

Purpose: The aim of this study is analyse the effect of applying a universal adhesive that can be used with all adhesive techniques with different adhesive techniques (total etch and self etch) and different composite placement techniques (bulk-fill technique and incremental layering technique) on postoperative sensitivity to clinically. Material-Methods: In this clinical study, 140 restorations were performed on 70 patients with primary caries lesions in their premolars. Two restorations were applied to each patient, one from each adhesive technique. The cavities were then completed with the bulk-fill technique using Tetric PowerFill composite resin or the incremental layering technique using G-aenial Posterior conventional composite resin. Postoperative sensitivity was evulated at baseline (day 0), 1, 7 and 14 days using the VAS (visual analog scale) scoring index; evaluated with cold, air and chewing stimuli. Results: No statistically significant difference was observed between the study groups in terms of postoperative sensitivity in tests with cold, air and chewing stimuli. Conclusion: Within the limitations of our study, the universal adhesive resin tested; It was concluded that the use of different adhesive techniques and different composite placement techniques did not affect the postoperative sensitivity.
