Özet
Bu araştırmada, İlahiyat Fakültesi ve İmam Hatip Liselerinde okutulmakta olan Hitabet ve Mesleki Uygulama dersinin işlenişinde ve dersin dışa dönük yönü olan uygulamalarında güçlük yaşanıp yaşanmadığının ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışmasına uygun olarak desenlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak araştırma konusuna en uygun olan“odak grup görüşmesi”ve yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile mülakat tercih edilmiştir. Veri kaynağını ise Afyonkarahisar il merkezinde bulunan 5 İmam Hatip Lisesinde görev yapmakta olan Hitabet ve Mesleki Uygulama dersi öğretmenlerinin tamamı ve Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi İslami İlimler Fakültesi son sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen veriler içerik analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre İmam Hatip Liselerinde Hitabet ve Mesleki Uygulama dersinde okuldan, öğretmenden, öğrenciden ve çevreden kaynaklanan güçlükler mevcuttur. İlahiyat Fakültesinde ise ders içeriğinden, öğretmen adayının kendisinden ve çevreden kaynaklı problemlerin mevcut olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırmanın tartışma sonuç ve öneriler kısmında bu problemler belirtilmiş ve çözüm önerilerine yer verilmiştir.

This research aims to identify the challenges encountered in the implementation of Rhetoric and Professional Practice courses in Theology Faculties and Imam Hatip High Schools, as well as the external aspects of the course, such as practical applications. The study is structured as a case study, fitting into the qualitative research methods. The most suitable data collection tools for the research topic were chosen as“focus group discussions”and interviews with a semi-structured interview form. The data source comprises all the teachers of Rhetoric and Professional Practice in five Imam Hatip High Schools located in the city center of Afyonkarahisar and final-year students of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at Afyon Kocatepe University. The data obtained in the scope of the research were evaluated through content analysis. According to the findings of the research, difficulties arising from the school, teacher, student, and the environment are present in Rhetoric and Professional Practice courses in Imam Hatip High Schools. In the Theology Faculty, problems were observed stemming from the course content, the prospective teacher candidate, and the environment. In the conclusion and recommendations section of the research, these problems are highlighted, and solutions are proposed.
