Özet
ÖZET Günümüzde tüketicinin bilinçlenmesi, en kaliteli ürüne en uygun şartlarla ulaşmak istemesi üretim sektöründe kalitenin ön planda tutulmasına neden olmuştur. Üretim sektöründeki geleneksel rekabet anlayışı olan; düşük maliyet - yüksek kar oranı günümüz koşullarında en uygun maliyetle en kaliteli mamulü üretmek kavramına dönüşmüştür. Bu da 90'h yıllar' da başlangıçta dış etkenlerden kaynaklanan daha sonra ise şirket yönetiminin amacı haline gelen kalitenin iyileştirilmesi ve belgelendirilmesi gereğini doğurmuştur. ISO 9000 Kalite Güvence Sistemi ve Kalite Standartları bu noktada ön plana çıkmıştır. ISO Standartlar Serisi; Kalite Sistem Modelini Tanımlayan ISO 9001, ISO 9002, ISO 9003 ve Yardımcı Standartlar ISO 9000, ISO 9004 olmak üzere beş grup standarttan oluşmaktadır. Bunlara ek olarak sistemle ilgili tanımlan içeren ISO 8402 sözlüğü bulunmaktadır. Kendi yapısına uygun standardın gerektirdiği dokümantasyonu hazırlayan kuruluş belgelendirme denetimine tabi tutulur. Belge üç yılda bir yenilenir. Kalite Güvence Sisteminde hedef hatalı mamulleri ayırmak değil, hatayı oluşturan faktörleri belirleyerek hata oluşumunu engellemektir. Bu nedenle temelde veri toplamaya dayalı olan İstatistikten yararlanılır. Prosesi kontrol altında tutmak ve verimi arttırmak için uygulanan "İstatistiksel Proses Kontrol' ün amacı; proseste sistematik olarak meydana gelen aksaklıkları tespit etmek ve prosesi istenilen kalite düzeyini elde edecek şekilde yönlendirmektir''. Prosesin kontrolünü sağlamak için; Çetele Diyagramı, Histogram, Pareto Diyagramı, Sebep - Sonuç Diyagramı, Gruplandırma, Serpilme Diyagramı, Kontrol Şemaları gibi temel istatistiksel tekniklerden yararlanılır. Bu çalışmada; Kalitenin Gelişimi, Kalite Standartlarının Gelişimi, Kalite Güvence Sistemleri, Kalite Standartları, Kalite Kontrol ve İstatistiksel Proses Kontrolde Uygulanan Temel İstatistiksel Teknikler irdelenmiş, Paşabahçe Cam Sanayi A.Ş.'de cam ev eşyası üretiminde prosesi kontrol altında tutmak amacıyla uygulanan yöntem ve teknikler incelenmiş, yapılan çalışmalara örnekler verilmiştir.

ABSTRACT Today, since the consumers become conscious and want to get more qualified production at minimum cost, the production sector has been forced to put the quality in the first rank during the production. The traditional intelligence of competition, which is low cost - high profit, in today's conditions changed into the concept of the most profitable cost - the most qualified product. Because of the changing in the competition intelligence, at the beginning the external forces, after this the management policy of the firms, the improvement of the quality become the aim of the companies and this made the firms to prove their quality by getting certificate. In this point ISO 9000 Quality System and Quality Standards become more popular. ISO Standards series include five standards groups; ISO 9001, ISO 9002, ISO 9003, ISO 9000, ISO 9004. In addition ISO 8402, which is a kind of dictionary includes the related definitions with Quality Standards Systems. After completing the proper documentation with the chosen system the company will be examined before getting the certificate. The certification should be renewed in three year period. The aim of Quality Assurance System is not select the faulty products instead of this, it's aim is to find out the reasons of the faulty production. So this system uses statistics, which depends on collecting data, in order to keep the process under control and to increase the efficiency.“The aim of Statistical Process Control is to find out the obstacles that occurs during the production and to enhance the quality degree of the process”. To keep the process under control Histogram, Pareto Diagram, Cause - Effect Diagram, Grouping, Dispersing Diagram, Control Schemes can be used. In this study ; Quality Standards and Statistical Process Control are discussed and application samples to glassware industry are given for Paşahahçe Cam Sanayii A.Ş.. VI
