Özet

Among the goals set forth in the field of fair and competitive business competition, is the prohibition of aggressive deflation, or dumping, which will prevent market abuse. In this regard, the World Trade Organization (WTO) has begun to adopt uniform laws in the field since the nineties, and the impact of the organization's actions has increased many of the rules set by the domestic system. Uniformity in the field of international trade law rules of aggression has forced many countries to legislate and deal with this immoral act that has been faced with legal safeguards. In the legal system of Iran, the consumer protection law has also addressed this issue. In the context of the trade sanctions situation, most newcomers to the business sector are subject to this practice and undermine the balance and balance of the market economy. It seems that creating more precise procedures and making warranties for heavier performances in the field of commerce can be a good response to this behavior. In this dissertation, the author has described the subject through a descriptive-analytical method.
