Özet
Tecvit ilminde, tenvin ve sakin nûn konusu içinde barındırmış olduğu alt başlıklar sebebiyle en hacimli ve temel bahislerin başında gelmektedir. Nitekim kıraat ve tecvit bilginlerinin eserlerine bakıldığında, tenvin ve sakin nûn başlığının detaylı bir şekilde ele alındığı görülmektedir. Bu bağlamda kıraat ve tecvit âlimleri on beş ihfa harfinin mahrecinin nûn harfinin mahrecine uzaklık ve yakınlığına göre Meratibü'l-İhfa adı verilen bir kategorizasyon yapmışlardır. Bu yöntem ihfanın kuvvetini ve nûn harfinin bir sıfatı olan gunnenin bu mertebelerdeki farklı keyfiyetlerini tespit edebilmek amacıyla süreç içerisinde geliştirilmiştir. Muhakkik tecvit âlimleri ihfanın kuvvetini, gunnenin süresini ve telaffuz keyfiyetini tespit edebilmek için uzun gayretler sarf etseler de incelenmek istenen konunun hassasiyeti sebebiyle hali hazırda araştırılan ve tartışılan bir mesele olduğu söylenebilir. Âlimler gunnenin süresi için med harfi miktarı veya buna yakın genel tespitlerde bulunmuşlardır. Bunların çalışmada nakledilmesi suretiyle konunun izah edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu çerçevede Türkiye'de yapılan çalışmalara bakıldığında alanda eksiklik olduğu tespit edilmiş olup bu hususa dikkat çekmek ve mevcut bilgileri sunmak tezin ana gayesini oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırma tecvit ilmi, tecvîdin gerekliliği ve önemi, tecvit ilminde tenvin ve sakin nûnun hükümleri, tecvit ilminin kaynaklarında gunnenin mahreci hususundaki ihtilaflar, ihfanın mertebeleri, ihfa ve gunne ilişkisi, ihfanın edasında gunne merkezli ihtilaflar, ihfanın uygulama keyfiyeti ve meratibü't-tefhim konuları farklı başlıklar altında incelenerek alana ışık tutulması hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmanın son bölümünde meratibu'l-ihfa kavramı hakkındaki ihtilaflar, ilişkili olduğu diğer tecvit kaideleri bağlamında incelenip konunun daha anlaşılır hale getirilebilmesi adına farklı zaman ve mekânlarda yaşamış meşhur karilerin ses kayıtları tahlil edilerek açıklanmıştır. Araştırmada yöntem olarak nitel araştırma metotlarından biri olan literatür tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu bağlamda veri toplama aracı olarak ses kayıtlarına yer verilmiş ve belge incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır.

In the science of tajwid, the subject of tanwin and calm nun is one of the most voluminous and fundamental issues due to the subheadings it contains. When we look at the works of many scholars of recitation and tajweed, it is seen that the titles of tanwin and calm nun are discussed in detail. Recitation and tajwid scholars have made a categorization called Meratibü'l-İhfâ according to the distance and closeness of the direction of the fifteen letters of ihfâ to the direction of the letter nûn. This categorization was developed in the process in order to determine the strength of ihfâ and the duration of gunne, which is accepted as the adjective of the letter nûn. It is aimed to examine the sunnah duration and quality of its reflections in the practice of Meratibü'l-İhfâ and tajwid, which constitute the main subject of our study. Although scholars interested in the science of tajwid have made long efforts to determine the duration of ihfa and the quality of pronunciation, it cannot be said that the issue has still been fully clarified today due to the difficulty of the subject to be examined. Scholars have made general determinations about the duration of the letter Med or close to it. It is aimed to explain the subject by conveying a few of these findings in the study. When we look at the studies carried out in our country, it has been determined that there is a deficiency in the field, and the main aim is to eliminate this deficiency and shed light on the field. This research includes the science of tajwid, the necessity and importance of tajwīd, the provisions of tāwīn and saq nun in the science of tajwīd, the sources of the science of tajwid, the disagreements about the origin of the gunna, the levels of ihfa, the relationship between ihfa and gunna, the sunne-centered disputes in the conduct of ihfa, the application of ihfa. It is aimed to shed light on the field by examining the subjects of quality and meratibu't-tefhîm under different headings. In the last part of the study, the disputes about the concept of Meratibu'l-ihfâ were examined in the context of other tajwid rules with which it is related and explained by analyzing the voice recordings of famous karis who lived in different times and places in order to make the subject more understandable. The literature review method, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used as a method in the research. Voice recordings were used as data collection tools and document review method was used.
