AGO/ANTO konsantrik kuvvet oranları; omuz FLEX/EXT= 60°/s: 0,95 - 0,98; 180°/s: 0,85 – 0,91; ABD/ADD= 60°/s: 0,79 - 0,83; 180°/s: 0,66 – 0,69; dirsek FLEX/EXT= 60°/s: 0,54 - 0,61; 180°/s: 0,45 – 0,53 olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Çalışmanın sonuçları elit ampute futbolcularda, omuz fleksör kuvvetlerinin 30 m sprint ve yön değiştirme performansını, dirsek fleksör kuvvetlerinin ise yön değiştirme performansını artırdığını göstermektedir. Üst ekstremite, özellikle omuz ve dirsek fleksör kuvvet egzersizlerinin ampute futbolcuların antrenman programına eklenmesi sportif performansı artırabilir.
Özet (Çeviri)
Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of upper extremity isokinetic muscle strength on running and change of direction performance in elite amputee football players. Materials and Methods: Fifteen elite male amputee football players ages 17-41 years were participated in the study. The strength values of shoulder flexion (FLEX), extension (EXT), abduction (ABD), and adduction (ADD), as well as elbow flexion (FLEX) and extension (EXT), were measured at angular velocities (AV) of 60°/s and 180°/s using an isokinetic dynamometer. Running performance was evaluated through the 30-meter sprint and the T-Square Agility Test (TSAT) using an electronic timing system. Correlation and regression analyses were performed between peak torque (PT) and normalised peak torque (NPT) values and running test times. The average agonist-antagonist muscle strength ratios (AGO/ANTO) for shoulder and elbow joints were calculated by the ratio of PT values. Results: The mean times of TSAT, 30m and 10m sprint were 6.56±0.31 sec., 5.62±0.39 sec. and 2.15±0.16 sec., respectively. At an angular velocity of 180°/s, a negative correlation was found between the normalized peak torque of the left shoulder flexion and the completion time of the 30-meter sprint test (p<0.05). The completion times of the TSAT exhibited a negative correlation with the normalized peak torque of left shoulder flexion at angular velocities of 60°/s and 180°/s, as well as with the normalized peak torque of right elbow flexion at 60°/s (p<0.05). AGO / ANTO concentric strength ratios for the shoulder FLEX/EXT= 60°/s: 0.95 - 0.98; 180°/s: 0.85 - 0.91; ABD/ADD= 60°/s: 0.79 - 0.83; 180°/s: 0.66 - 0.69. For the elbow, the ratios were determined as FLEX/EXT= 60°/s: 0.54 - 0.61; 180°/s: 0.45 - 0.53. Conclusion: This study shows that shoulder flexor strength increases 30 m sprint and change of direction performance and elbow flexor strength increases change of direction performance in elite amputee football players. The addition of upper extremity, especially shoulder and elbow flexor strength exercises to the training programme of amputee football players may improve sportive performance.
