Özet

Mesleki eğitim merkezlerinde eğitim gören öğrencilerin dini tutumlarının iş ahlakı düzeylerine etkisini Konya ili örneği üzerinden inceleyen araştırmamızın amacı çırak öğrencilerin dini tutumlarının iş ahlakı düzeylerini etkileyip etkilemediğini test etmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, çalışma üç bölüm halinde tamamlanmıştır. Girişte problem durumu, hipotezler, araştırmanın amacı ve önemi, sayıltılar, ve sınırlılıklara yer verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde alan yazın taraması yapılarak tutum, dini tutum, dini tutumun öğeleri, dini tutumun oluşumu ve gelişiminde etkili olan faktörler, dini tutumun özellikleri, iş ahlakı kavramı, iş ahlakının tarihçesi, iş ahlakının önemi, iş ahlakının kapsamı ile dini tutum ve iş ahlakı ilişkisi başlıkları ayrıntı şekilde ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölüm araştırmanın yöntem bölümünü oluşturmaktadır. Bu bölümde üzerinde çalışılan araştırma modeli belirtilmiş, evren ve örnekleme ilişkin bilgiler verilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2023 yılında Konya il merkezinde eğitim öğretim faaliyetlerini sürdüren Mesleki Eğitim Merkezlerinin öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemi ise bu grup içinden tesadüfi olarak seçilen 630 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Örneklemden veriler iş ahlakı ölçeği ve dini tutum ölçeği yardımı ile toplanmış ve SPSS programı ile analizi yapılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde araştırmanın bulgularına yer verilmiştir. Ölçeklere dair betimsel istatistik verileri, katılımcıların demografik özelliklerine ait bulgular, dini tutum ve iş ahlakı ölçeği ile demografik değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiye ait bulgular, dini tutum ve iş ahlakı arasındaki ilişkiye ait bulgular ve dini tutumun iş ahlakına etkisine ilişkin yapısal model bulgularına bu bölümde yer verilmiştir. Dini tutum toplam ve alt boyut puanları cinsiyet, gelir durumu, mezun olunan ortaokul değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık göstermemiştir. Bir işte çalışma süresi, ilk din eğitimi alınan yer, ailenin dini konulara bakışı değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık göstermiştir. İş ahlakı toplam ve alt boyut puanları cinsiyet, gelir durumu, mezun olunan ortaokul, bir işte çalışma süresi değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık göstermemiştir. İlk din eğitimi alınan yer, ailenin dini konulara bakışı değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık göstermiştir. Dini tutum toplam ve alt boyut puanları ile İş ahlakı toplam ve alt boyut puanları arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Yapısal eşitlik modelinde dini tutumun iş ahlakını pozitif yönde etkilediği sonucu elde edilmiştir. Tartışma ve yorum başlığı altında araştırmada elde edilen bulgular daha önce yapılmış çalışmalar ışığında tartışılmış, değerlendirilmiş ve araştırmanın sınırlılıkları, katkıları belirtilerek sonraki çalışmalar için çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The aim of our research, which examines the effect of religious attitudes of students studying in vocational training centers on their business ethics levels, through the example of Konya province, is to examine whether the religious attitudes of apprentice students affect their business ethics levels. For this purpose, the study has been completed in three chapters. In the introduction, the problem situation, hypotheses, purpose and importance of the research, assumptions, limitations and definitions are included. In the first chapter, a literature review was conducted to examine attitudes, religious attitudes, elements of religious attitudes, factors affecting the formation and development of religious attitudes, characteristics of religious attitudes, the concept of business ethics, the history of business ethics, the importance of business ethics, the scope of business ethics and the relationship between religious attitudes and business ethics. The topics are discussed in detail. The second chapter constitutes the method part of the research. In this section, the research model studied is stated and information about the population and sample is given. The population of the research consists of students of Vocational Education Centers that continue their education and training activities in Konya city center in 2023. The sample consisted of 630 students randomly selected from this group. Data from the sample were collected with the help of the business ethics scale and religious attitude scale and analyzed with the SPSS program. The third chapter includes the findings of the research. Descriptive statistical data on the scales, findings on the demographic characteristics of the participants, findings on the relationship between the religious attitude and business ethics scale and demographic variables, findings on the relationship between religious attitude and business ethics, and structural model findings on the effect of religious attitude on business ethics are included in this section. Religious attitude total and sub-dimension scores did not show a statistically significant difference according to gender, income level and secondary school graduated variables. There were statistically significant differences depending on the variables such as the length of time working in a job, the place where the first religious education was received, and the family's view of religious issues. Business ethics total and sub-dimension scores did not show a statistically significant difference according to the variables of gender, income level, secondary school graduated, and length of time working in a job. The place where the first religious education was received showed a statistically significant difference according to the variables of the family's view on religious issues. A significant positive relationship was found between religious attitude total and sub-dimension scores and Business ethics total and sub-dimension scores. In the structural equation model, it was concluded that religious attitude positively affects business ethics. Under the discussion and comment chapter, the findings obtained in the research were discussed and evaluated in the light of previous studies, and the limitations and contributions of the research were stated and various suggestions were made for future studies.
