Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı öğretmenlerin boş zaman engelleri ile algıladıkları işte mutluluk düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenmesidir. Çalışmaya gönüllülük esası ile Şırnak ilinde görev yapan özel eğitim öğretmenleri katılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacına uygun olarak“işte mutluluk ölçeği”ve“boş zaman engelleri ölçeği”kullanılmıştır. Verilerin normal dağılıp dağılmadığı tespit edildikten sonra parametrik testler ile ikili küme karşılaştırmaları için bağımsız grup t testi, ikiden fazla küme karşılaştırmaları için tek yönlü varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın bulgularında özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin boş zaman engelleri alt boyutlarından en fazla algıladıkları tesis eksikliği ve bilgi eksikliği olduğu, işte mutluluğu ise en çok içsel motivasyonunun sağladığı bulunmuştur. The aim of this study is to examine teachers' leisure time barriers and their perceived levels of happiness at work according to various variables. Special education teachers working in Şırnak province participated in the study on a voluntary basis. In accordance with the purpose of the study, the“Happiness at Work Scale”and the“Leisure Time Barriers Scale”were used. After determining whether the data were normally distributed or not, parametric tests and independent group t-tests were used for pairwise cluster comparisons, and one-way analysis of variance was used for comparisons involving more than two clusters. In the findings of the study, it was found that the sub-dimensions of leisure time barriers that special education teachers perceived the most were lack of facilities and lack of knowledge, and that intrinsic motivation provided the most happiness at work. Additionally, significant differences were found depending on gender, age, having children and income level (p < 0.05). The results of the study suggest that the working conditions of special education teachers should be improved, and their intrinsic motivation levels should be increased due to the student group they are working with. For this, the elimination of barriers perceived as recreational should be considered by school administrations and relevant public institutions.
