Özet
Bu çalışmada, imam-hatip ve müezzin-kayyımlar tarafından camilerde yürütülen cami dersleri programı ele alınmıştır. Cami dersleri, Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı tarafından 1989 yılındaki bir tamimde“durum ve ihtiyaçlara göre vakit namazlarından önce veya sonra cemaate Kur'an-ı Kerim okunacak ve muktedir olanlar okunan ayetlerin meallerini de cemaate okumak suretiyle faydalı olmaya çalışacaklardır.”hükmüyle ilk kez gündeme gelmiştir. Bu sebeple 1989 yılından bu yana, Başkanlık tarafından cami dersleri için gerçekleştirilen değişiklik ve düzenlemeler incelenerek geçmişe ilişkin bilgiler elde edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tarama modelindeki bu araştırma nitel ve nicel yöntemleri birlikte kullanarak“Karma Araştırma”yöntemi ile cami dersleri hakkındaki güncel durumu ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamıştır. Cemaat durumu, yerleşim yeri özellikleri ve grupları gibi belirlenmiş kriterlere göre tespit edilen camilerde cami dersine katılan cemaate yönelik hazırlanan anket formu aracılığıyla veriler toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler analiz edilerek cami derslerine katılan cemaatin profilini, beklentilerini ve tutumunu anlamak için kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında 22 camide 113 Cemaate ulaşılmıştır. Toplanan veriler ışığında cami derslerinin hedeflerine ne ölçüde ulaştığı ve cemaatin ihtiyaçlarını ne kadar karşıladığı değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca, katılım düzeyi, programın niteliği, içeriği ve yöntemleri gibi konular da ele alınmıştır. Sonuçlar doğrultusunda, cami derslerinin niteliğinin artırılması, yaygınlaştırılması ve geliştirilmesi için öneriler sunulmuştur. Bu öneriler arasında yeni kaynakların hazırlanması, hedef kitlenin ihtiyaçlarına uygun içeriklerin belirlenmesi, cami görevlilerinin eğitimine yönelik çalışmaların yapılması gibi konular bulunmaktadır. Bu şekilde, araştırma hem cami derslerinin mevcut durumunu anlamaya yardımcı olmuş hem de gelecekteki iyileştirme ve geliştirme çabalarına rehberlik etmiştir.

In this study, the mosque lessons program carried out in mosques by imam-hatip and muezzin-kayyims were discussed. Mosque lessons are defined in a circular by the Presidency of Religious Affairs in 1989 as follows:“The Holy Quran will be read to the congregation before or after the daily prayers, depending on the situation and needs, and the meaning of the verses read will be read to the congregation.”It was brought to the agenda for the first time with his order. For this reason, an attempt has been made to obtain information about the past by examining the changes and regulations made by the Presidency for mosque courses since 1989. This research in the survey model aimed to reveal the current situation about mosque lessons with the“Mixed Research”method, using qualitative and quantitative methods together. Data were collected through a survey form prepared for the congregation attending the mosque lesson in the mosques determined according to the determined criteria such as community status, settlement characteristics and groups. The collected data was analyzed and used to understand the profile, expectations and attitudes of the community attending mosque classes. Within the scope of the research, 113 congregations in 22 mosques were reached. In the light of the data collected, it was evaluated to what extent the mosque lessons achieved their goals and met the needs of the community. In addition, issues such as the level of participation, the nature of the program, its content and methods were also discussed. In line with the results, suggestions are presented to increase the quality, dissemination and development of mosque lessons. These suggestions include preparing new resources, determining content that suits the needs of the target audience, and carrying out studies on the training of mosque officials. In this way, the research helped both understand the current state of mosque lessons and guide future improvement and development efforts.
