Özet
Bu çalışmanın ana konusu İttihat ve Terakki'nin milli iktisat politikasıdır. Dolasıyla bu tez iktisadi milliyetçiliğin tarihine, İttihat ve Terakki'nin iktisadi milliyetçiliğe sarılmasının nedenlerine ve sebeplerini ele almıştır. Tüm bu süreçler düz bir çizgi haline getirilmiş ve güncel veriler ile desteklenmiştir. Ayrıca İttihat ve Terakki'nin iktisadi politikaları bir bütün olarak incelenmemiş aksine hepsi ayrı başlıklarla ve sebepleriyle birlikte incelenmiştir. Bu durum aynı zamanda çalışmanın literatürdeki çalışmalardan, genel anlamda, ayrıldığı kısım olmuştur. Çalışmanın bütününü betimsel analiz yöntemiyle işlenmiş ve sık sık iktisadi tablolardan yararlanılmıştır.

The main subject of this study is the national economic policy of the Committee of Union and Progress (CUP). Therefore, this thesis addresses the history of economic nationalism, the reasons behind the CUP's embrace of economic nationalism, and its causes. All these processes have been presented in a linear fashion and supported by current data. Furthermore, the economic policies of the CUP have not been studied as a whole but rather each has been examined separately with their respective reasons. This approach has also distinguished this study, in a general sense, from existing literature. The entirety of the study has been processed through descriptive analysis method and has frequently utilized economic tables.
