Özet
Ill ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi ÖĞRETMENLERİN BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİNE GÖRE YETİŞTİRİLMESİ KONUMLARI: ATATÜRK, İNÖNÜ ve YÜZÜNCÜ YIL ÜNİVERSİTESİ EĞİTİM FAKÜLTELERİ ÖRNEĞİ İlhami BAYRAK Fırat Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Eğitim Bilimleri Anabilim Dalı 1999. Sayfa 3 Yirminci yüzyılın ikinci yarısında bilimsel araştırmaların artması ile teknik araç ve gereçlerin kullanımının arttığı, yeni buluşlarla bir bilgi patlamasının olduğu ve eğitime olan talebin arttığı görülmektedir. Bilginin hakim olduğu toplumsal yaşam; çok hızlı bilgi artışı ve aktarımı, hızlı iletişim, yeni teknolojiler, ekonomiden diğer sosyal konulara kadar her alanda bilginin temel güç ve kaynak olduğu, hızlı değişim ve gelişmenin yer aldığı ve yaşamın tüm yönlerini etkileyen bir süreç olarak karşımıza çıkmıştır. Bilginin hızla geliştiği bir toplumda bilgi ağırlıklı ve disiplin alanına dayalı öğretmen yetiştirme yaklaşımları etkisiz kalmaktadır. Bu nedenle, öğretmen yetiştiren kurumlarda bilgi teknolojilerinden yararlanılarak bilginin kaynağını ve yeri geldikçe bu bilgilerden faydalanma yollarını ve kazandığı bilgi ve becerileri ile öğrencilerini en iyi şekilde yetiştirebilen öğretmen adaylarının yetişmesini sağlayacak yöntemlerin kullanılması gerekmektedir. Bilgi toplumu sürecine giren ülkemizde bulunan Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi, İnönü Üniversitesi ve Atatürk Üniversitesinin eğitim fakültelerinde yapılan araştırmada öğretim elemanları ve öğretmen adaylarının kişisel bilgilere ilişkin ve öğretimde bilgi teknolojisinin kullanımıyla ilgili yeterlikler üzerinde durulmuştur. Daha sonra eğitim aracı olarak bilgi teknolojilerine ilişkin öğretim elemanı ve öğretmen adaylarının yeterliklerine ilişkin bulguları çözümlemeye ve değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Page 4 In the second term of the 20 th century by the increase in technological researches and due this an increase in the usage of the technical tools and equipments, there had been a knowledge explosion because of new invention and it seem that there had been a demand for education. The social life where the knowledge is dominating, a rapid knowledge increase and transfer, news technologies and with this from the economy to the other social subjects, in all areas the knowledge takes place as a basic force, there place a rapid change and improvement, and it became in front of us a period which affected all the directions of our life. In a society where the knowledge develops, the approaches due to the knowledge lades and discipline centered bascal on teachers one uneffective. Because of this it is being necessary that, the social associations where the teachers are being produced, we must show the ways of using knowledge technology and as we need getting new things from this knowledge usage and we must try to produce new teacher candidates which are able to use this knowledge and ability in their training life. In our country where we enter to the period of knowledge society, the searches which have been made in the education faculties of Yüzüncü Yıl Universty, İnönü and Atatürk Universities, they have been stated on the suffiency of the lecturers and teacher condidates behavioural usage of knowledge technology in teaching. And after this, they have tried to analyse and avolve the lecturers an a tool and teacher condidates about their sufficiency about knowledge technology.
