Özet
Bu tez , geleneksel yöntemler ile tasarım ve üretim sürecini yöneten genel makina imalatı sektöründe ve özellikle tavuk kümesi ve benzeri üretimi yapan firmalara önerilecek PDM ve PLM sistemini ele almaktadır. Mevcut kullanılan yöntem incelemeleri, firmalar ile yapılacak toplantılar üzerinden elde edilecek ihtiyaç analizleri doğrultusunda önerileri kapsar.Araştırma, genel makina imalatı ile özellikle tavuk kümesi ve benzeri imalatı yapan firmalardan elde edilen veriler ile firma içindeki departmanlar arasında yaşanılan iletim problemleri ile müşteri esaslı tasarım ve üretim süreçlerinde yaşanılan sorunların çözülmesi çalışmasına dayanmaktadır.Bu kapsamda elde edilecek veriler, genel makina imalat endüstrisini oluşturan paydaşlara (yönetici, işveren, çalışan v.b.) sektörlerinde ilerleme sağlamalarına ve PLM teknolojilerinin mevcut süreçlerine entegre edebilmeleri konusunda rehberlik edecektir.Bu çalışma ile sunulacak önerilerin ne zaman ve nasıl kullanılacağı konusunda fikir verebilecek bir çerçeve oluşturulacaktır.

This thesis deals with the PDM and PLM system that will be recommended to the general machinery manufacturing sector, which manages the design and production process with traditional methods, and especially to companies producing chicken cages and similar products. It covers the currently used method reviews and suggestions in line with the needs analyzes to be obtained through meetings to be held with the companies. The research includes data obtained from companies manufacturing general machinery and especially chicken coops and similar, as well as transmission problems experienced between departments within the company and customer-based design and production processes. It is based on the study of solving the problems experienced. The data to be obtained in this context will guide the stakeholders (managers, employers, employees, etc.) that make up the general machinery manufacturing industry to make progress in their sectors and integrate PLM technologies into their existing processes. When and how to use the suggestions presented in this study A framework will be created to give an idea on the subject.
