Özet
Bu çalışmada hicrî ikinci asırda rivayet üslubunun fıkıh tartışmalarının yoğun olduğu el-Hucce alâ Ehl-i Medîne adlı eser özelinde nasıl bir şekil aldığı incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda sened kullanımı, rivayetlerin ittisâli, râvilere yapılan atıfları, mürsel rivayetlerin kullanımı gibi hususlar ele alınmıştır. İmam Muhammed'in hoca-öğrenci ilişkilerinin de göz önünde bulunduğu çalışmada İmam Muhammed'in ilişkilerinin hadis birikimine ve bu birikimi aktarmadaki etkisine de temas edilmiştir. Hicrî ikinci asırda telif edilen ve fıkıh ve hadis içeriklerini bir arada içeren eserlerle de rivayet üslubu açısından mukayeseye gidilmiştir.

In this study, it is examined how the style of narration took shape in the second century of the Hijri in the work called al-Hujjah ala Ahl-i Madinah, where Fiqh discussions are intense. In this context, issues such as the use of the deed, the ittisâl of the narrations, the references to the ravis, the use of religious narrations were discussed. In the study, which also considers the teacher-student relations of Imam MuHammâd, the accumulation of hadith and the effect of Imam MuHammâd's relations on transferring this accumulation was also touched upon. A comparison has been made in terms of narration style with the works copyrighted in the second century Dec Hijri and containing the contents of fiqh and hadith together.
