Özet
İçinde faaliyette bulunduğu sektörden bağımsız olarak işletmelerin finansal performans analizinin yapılması, işletmelerin finansal durumlarının ortaya koyulması noktasında önem arz etmektedir. Çünkü, işletmelerin finansal analizinin yapılması suretiyle işletmenin hayatını devam ettirmesi için gerekli tedbirlerin önceden alınmasını olanaklı kılabilir. Bu çalışmanın amacı BİST Oteller ve Lokantalar Endeksinde yer alan şirketlerin finansal performanslarının, çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden CRITIC (Kriterler Arası Korelasyon Yoluyla Kriterlerin Önemi) ve WASPAS (Ağırlıklı Toplam Çarpım Değerlendirme) yöntemleri ile 2017-2020 dönemi verilerinin kullanılarak incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, söz konusu endekste faaliyette bulunan 9 şirketin finansal tablolarına kap.gov.tr adresinden ulaşılmıştır. Yukarıda belirtilen ÇKKV yöntemleri ile finansal performans analizinde kullanılan kriterler literatür taraması sonucunda belirlenmiştir. Söz konusu kriterler şunlardır; nakit oran, net kar marjı oranı, özsermaye yeterlilik marjı, özsermaye devir hızı, kısa vadeli borçların toplam aktiflere oranı, asit test oranı, cari oran, özsermaye çarpanı oranı, borç özsermaye oranı ve borç oranıdır. Bu kriterlerin ağırlıklarının veya önem derecelerinin saptanmasında CRITIC yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Endeks kapsamındaki şirketlerin yıl bazlı finansal performans sıralamasının tespit edilmesinde WASPAS yöntemi kullanılmıştır.

Analyzing the financial performance of businesses, regardless of the sector in which they operate, is important in revealing the financial situations of businesses. Because, by performing financial analysis of businesses, it can make it possible to take the necessary measures in advance to ensure the survival of the business. The aim of this study is to examine the financial performances of the companies included in the BIST Hotels and Restaurants Index using the CRITIC (Importance of Criteria through Inter-Criteria Correlation) and WASPAS (Weighted Total Multiplication Assessment) methods, which are among the multi- criteria decision-making methods, and the 2017-2020 period data. For this purpose, the financial statements of 9 companies operating in the index were accessed at kap.gov.tr. The multi-criteria decision-making methods mentioned above and the criteria used in financial performance analysis were determined as a result of the literature review. The criteria in question are as follows; cash ratio, net profit margin ratio, equity capital adequacy margin, equity turnover ratio, short-term debt to total assets ratio, acid test ratio, current ratio, equity multiplier ratio, debt to equity ratio and debt ratio. The CRITIC method was used to determine the weights or importance levels of these criteria. WASPAS method was used to determine the year-based financial performance ranking of the companies within the scope of the index.
