Özet
Lojistik sektörü günümüzde gelişmekte olan sektörlerden biridir. Fakat lojistik sektörü gelişirken bazı sorunlarla karşılaşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; lojistik sektörünün karşılaştığı sorunları tespit edip bunlara çözüm önerisi sunarak; lojistik sektörünün Türkiye ekonomisine daha fazla katkı sağlaması planlanmaktadır. Türkiye gibi avantajlı bir konuma sahip bir ülkede lojistik sektörüne baktığımızda ülke genelinde sektörel hizmetlerin profesyonel olarak yapılmadığı görülmektedir. Bu nedenle lojistik sektörünü daha da tanınan bir sektör haline getirmek önem arz etmektedir. Bu nedenle bu çalışmanın amacı; Lojistik sektöründeki inovasyon ve dijital dönüşümü Şırnak İli ölçeğinde değerlendirilmeye çalışmaktır. Çalışmada Şırnak İlinde Lojistik sektöründe faaliyet gösteren orta ve küçük ölçekli işletmeler üzerinde analizler yapılmıştır. Lojistik sektöründeki inovasyon ve dijital dönüşümü Şırnak İli ölçeğinde değerlendirilmek amacıyla Aylak vd. (2020) tarafından geliştirilen“Türkiye'de Lojistik Sektöründe Faaliyet Gösteren İşletmelerin Dijital Eğilimleri”ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar; lojistik sektöründe inovasyon ve dijital dönüşüm açısından gelişim, son yılların güncel verileri Şırnak ili örneğinde değerlendirildiğinde; şirketlerin lojistik sektöründeki temel performans gösterge düzeyleri orta düzeydedir. Türkiye lojistik sektörünün gelişimi ile Şırnak ili lojistik sektörü eğilim incelendiğinde, şirketlerin inovasyon yaratmaya verdikleri önem düzeyi“orta seviye”düzeyindedir. Endüstri 4.0'la oluşan değişim rüzgarlarının Türkiye'deki lojistik sektöründe eğilimler incelendiğinde; şirketlerin dijital dönüşüme hazırlığı, yeni rakiplerin ortaya çıkışı, maliyet baskısı ve dijital dönüşümün şirketler arasında yarattığı endişe düzeyi orta seviyededir. Katılımcıların demografik özelliklerine göre Şırnak ili lojistik sektörü gelişim eğilimlerinde bakış açılarının değiştiği görülmektedir.

The logistics industry is one of the developing sectors today. However, as the logistics industry develops, it encounters some problems. In this study, it is planned that the logistics sector will contribute more to the Turkish Economy by identifying the problems faced by the logistics sector and offering solutions to them. When we look at the logistics sector in a country with an advantageous position like Turkey, we see that it is not carried out professionally throughout the country. Therefore, it will make the logistics sector a more well-known sector. Therefore, the aim of this study is; To ensure the development of the logistics sector by offering solutions to the problems faced by the logistics sector and to try to increase its contribution to the economy. The study conducts trend analysis on medium and small-sized enterprises operating in the logistics sector in Şırnak Province.“Digital Trends of Enterprises Operating in the Logistics Sector in Turkey”scale developed by Aylak et al. (2020) is used in order to measure the Development of the Logistics Sector in Turkey and the Development Trends of the Logistics Sector in Şırnak Province in the Last Decade. When the results are evaluated in terms of the development of the logistics sector in Turkey and the development of the logistics sector in Şırnak province in the last ten years, the basic performance indicator levels of the companies in the logistics sector are average. When the development of the logistics sector in Turkey and the development trends of the logistics sector in Şırnak province are analyzed, the level of importance given by companies to creating innovation is at the“medium level”. When the trends of the winds of change created by Industry 4.0 in the logistics sector in Turkey are analyzed, the level of companies' readiness for digital transformation, the emergence of new competitors, cost pressure and the level of concern created by digital transformation among companies are at medium level. According to the demographic characteristics of the participants, it is seen that their perspectives on the development trends of the logistics sector in Şırnak province vary.
