Özet

Tarih boyunca toplumlar isteyerek ya da istemeyerek birbirleri ile sürekli bir etkileşim içerisine girmişlerdir. Bu etkileşim neticesinde toplumlar, birbirleriyle kültür ve medeniyet alışverişinde bulunmuşlardır. Etkileşim sonucu oluşan kültür ve medeniyet dil aracılığıyla sonraki nesillere aktarılmıştır. Bir toplumun dilini, kültürünü öğrenme ve öğretme çabasının altında farklı sebepler olabilir. Savaş ve göçler belki de bu sebepler arasında en çok ön plana çıkan unsurlardır. Milletler çeşitli gerekçelerle savaşmış ve bu savaşlar neticesinde toplumsal göçlerin ortaya çıkmasına sebep olmuşlardır. Yakın tarihte meydana gelen Suriye iç savaşı buna örnek olarak verilebilir. İç savaş neticesinde 2010 yılından bu yana binlerce Suriye uyruklu mülteci Türkiye başta olmak üzere çeşitli ülkelere sığınmak zorunda kalmıştır. Türkiye bu beklenmedik büyük göç hareketine hazırlıksız yakalanmış olsa da toplumsal entegrasyonun sağlanması için sahada birçok çalışma yürütmeye başlamıştır. En başta barınma ve temel yaşam ihtiyaçları giderilen mültecilerin dil sorununa bir çözüm olarak AB desteği ile PİKTES projesi geliştirilmiştir. Proje kapsamında Suriye uyruklu çocuklara örgün eğitim sistemi içerisinde Türkçe dil öğretimi hizmeti verilmiş, dil öğretiminin istenen düzeyde gerçekleşmesi için de MEB bünyesinde çeşitli elektronik ve basılı materyaller hazırlanmıştır. Bu materyallerden bir tanesi de A1-A2 düzey, 6-12 yaş arası çocuklar için hazırlanan“Aslı”hikâye serisidir.“Aslı”hikâye serisi, bütünlük oluşturacak şekilde seri mantığına göre hazırlanmıştır. Bu bakımdan hikâyeler önceki ve sonraki metinlerle bağlantılı olup birbirini tamamlayıcı niteliktedir. Her metnin sonunda okuma öncesine, okuma sırasına ve okuma sonrasına hitap eden çeşitli etkinliklere de yer verilmiştir. Böylece öğrenicilerin kitap ile etkileşim kurmasına ve dil öğrenme süreçlerine etkin bir şekilde katılmaları sağlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı“Aslı”hikâye serisinin kelime sıklığı ve söz varlığını ortaya çıkarmak, D-AOBM çerçevesinde incelemek, sahada yapılan benzer çalışmalarla karşılaştırarak seri hakkında bir fikir ortaya koymaktır. Bu kapsamda“Aslı”hikâye serisi Millî Eğitim Bakanlığının resmî PİKTES internet sitesinde elektronik olarak temin edilmiş ve araştırmanın amacına uygun olduğu varsayılan nitel araştırma yönteminin veri toplama tekniklerinden doküman analizi tekniği kullanılarak kelime sıklığı ile söz varlığı unsurları toplanmıştır. Söz varlığı unsurlarını oluşturan deyim, atasözü, ikileme, kalıp sözler ile kelime sıklığı tabloları CİBAKAYA 2.1 uygulaması yardımıyla hazırlanmıştır. Tablolar neticesinde metinlerde atasözü kullanılmadığı, ikilemelerin ise az kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Genel anlamda ise hikâye serisinin okuma becerisi başta olmak üzere dört temel dil becerisini desteklemek maksadıyla hazırlandığı ve sahada yapılan benzer çalışmalarla paralellik gösterdiği, D-AOBM'de yer alan dil referanslarını destekler nitelikte olduğu görülmüştür.

Throughout history, societies have interacted with each other willingly or unwillingly. As a result of this interaction, societies have exchanged culture and civilization with each other. The culture and civilization formed as a result of interaction has been transmitted to the next generations through language. There may be different reasons behind a society's efforts to learn and teach its language and culture. War and migration are perhaps the most prominent factors among these reasons. Nations have fought wars for various reasons and these wars have led to the emergence of social migrations. The recent Syrian civil war can be given as an example. As a result of the civil war, thousands of Syrian refugees have been forced to seek asylum in various countries, especially Turkey, since 2010. Although Turkey was caught unprepared for this unexpected large migration movement, it has started to carry out many activities in the field to ensure social integration. The PİKTES project was developed with the support of the EU as a solution to the language problem of refugees, whose shelter and basic living needs were met in the first place. Within the scope of the project, Turkish language teaching services were provided to Syrian children within the formal education system, and various electronic and printed materials were prepared within the MoNE in order to realize language teaching at the desired level. One of these materials is the“Aslı”story series prepared for children aged 6-12 at A1-A2 level. The“Aslı”story series has been prepared according to the logic of a series in order to create integrity. In this respect, the stories are linked to the previous and subsequent texts and complement each other. At the end of each text, various activities addressing pre-reading, reading order and post-reading are also included. Thus, it is tried to ensure that the learners interact with the book and participate in the language learning process effectively. The aim of this study is to reveal the word frequency and vocabulary of the“Aslı”story series, to examine it within the framework of D-AOBM, and to put forward an idea about the series by comparing it with similar studies conducted in the field. In this context, the“Aslı”story series was provided electronically on the official PİKTES website of the Ministry of National Education and the word frequency and vocabulary elements were collected using the document analysis technique, one of the data collection techniques of the qualitative research method, which is assumed to be appropriate for the purpose of the research. The tables of idioms, proverbs, proverbs, doubling, stereotypes and word frequency, which constitute the elements of vocabulary, were prepared with the help of CİBAKAYA 2.1 application. As a result of the tables, it was determined that proverbs were not used in the texts and doublings were used less. In general terms, it was seen that the story series was prepared to support the four basic language skills, especially reading skills, and that it was in parallel with similar studies conducted in the field and supported the language references in D-AOBM.
