Özet
Hz. Peygamber ile başlayan tefsir, zaman içerisinde çeşitlenerek günümüze kadar varlığını sürdürmüştür. Kur'an'ı tefsir etme şekillerinden biri de bilimsel tefsir metodudur. Günümüzde bu metodu en iyi kullananlardan biri Süleyman Ateş'tir. Bilimsel tefsir metodu özellikle kevnî ayetlerin yorumlanmasında daha belirgin olarak gözükmektedir. Bu çalışma, Süleyman Ateş'in“Yüce Kur'an'ın Çağdaş Tefsiri”isimli eserinde kevnî ayetleri yorumlamada bilimsel tefsiri ne şekilde ve hangi oranda kullandığının araştırılması amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu çalışma, giriş, iki ana bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde tezin konusu, amacı, önemi ve metodu ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde, araştırmanın daha iyi anlaşılması için müfesssir Süleyman Ateş'in hayatı, ilmî kişiliği ve eserleri incelenmiş, araştırmaya konu olan“Yüce Kur'an'ın Çağdaş Tefsiri”isimli eserde takip edilen metod, tefsirin genel özellikleri ve tefsirin kaynakları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Daha sonra bilimsel tefsirin tanımı yapılmış ve tarihi seyri incelenmiş, bilimsel tefsiri destekleyenler ve karşı çıkanlar delilleri ile beraber ortaya konulmuştur. Bu bölümün devamında Allah'ın varlığını ve birliğini delillendiren kevnî ayetler hakkında genel bilgi verilmiş, kevnî ayetlerin Kur'an'da zikrediliş sebepleri dört başlık altında ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde, tefsirinde bilimsel tefsir metodunu uygulayan Süleyman Ateş'in“Yüce Kur'an'ın Çağdaş Tefsiri”isimli eserinde kevnî ayetlerin bilimsel tefsir bağlamında nasıl yorumlandığı ve çağın bilimsel gelişmelerini ne şekilde kullandığı beş başlık altında incelenmiştir. Öncelikle konuyla ilgi ayetlerin Arapça metinleri ve Ateş'in“Kur'an-ı Kerim ve Yüce Meâli”isimli eserinden de mealleri verilerek örnekler sunulmuştur. Ardından ilgili ayetler hakkında gerek ilk dönem müfessirlerinin gerekse modern dönem müfessirlerinin çeşitli açıklamalarına yer verilerek Ateş ve diğerleri arasında mukayesede bulunulmuştur.

The Tafsir, which started with the Hz. Prophet, diversified over time and continued to exist until today. One of the ways of interpreting the Qur'an is the scientific interpretation method. One of the best users of this method today is Süleyman Ateş. The scientific method of tafsir seems to be more prominent especially in the interpretation of the literal verses. This study was prepared in order to investigate how and at what rate Süleyman Ateş used scientific tafsir in interpreting the kevnî verses in her work called“ Contemporary Tafsir of the Supreme Qur'an”. This study consists of one introduction, two main parts and one conclusion. In the introduction part, the subject, purpose, importance and method of the thesis are discussed. The life, scientific personality and works of the commentator Süleyman Ateş were examined for a better understanding of the research, and information was given about the method followed in the work called“The Contemporary Tafsir of the Supreme Qur'an”, the general characteristics of tafsir and the sources of tafsir in the first part. Then, the definition of scientific tafsir has been made and its historical course has been examined, and those who support and oppose scientific tafsir have been put forward together with their evidence. In the continuation of this section, general information about the kevni verses that prove the existence and oneness of Allah is given, and the reasons why the kevni verses are mentioned in the Qur'an are discussed under four headings. How the kevnî verses are interpreted in the context of scientific exegesis in the work of Süleyman Ateş, who applies the scientific interpretation method in his tafsir, and how he uses the scientific developments of the age are examined under five headings in the second part. First of all, the Arabic texts of the verses related to the subject and their translations from Ateş's work called“The Qur'an and the Supreme Translation”are given and examples are presented. Then, a comparison was made between Ateş and others by giving various explanations of both the early period commentators and the modern period commentators about the relevant verses.
