Özet
Tanımlayıcı ve ve ilişki arayıcı olarak planlanıp gerçekleştirilen bu araştırma, ameliyathane hemşirelerinin iş yükü algıları ile tıbbi hataya eğilim düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin değerlendirmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Araştırmanın evrenini Ekim 2023- Mart 2024 tarihleri arasında İstanbul'da özel bir hastanenin ameliyathanelerinde çalışan hemşireler, örneklemini ise gerekli izinlerin alınmasından sonra araştırmaya katılmaya istekli/gönüllü 200 hemşire oluşturdu. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından literatür taraması ile hazırlanan anket formu ile Hemşirelerin Tıbbi Hataya Eğilim Ölçeği (HTHEÖ) ve Bireysel İş Yükü Algısı Ölçeği (BİYAÖ) kullanılarak toplandı. Sonuçlar; %95 güven aralığında anlamlılık ise p<0,05(çift yönlü) altında değerlendirildi. Bütün istatistiksel hesaplamalar SPSS yazılımı versiyon 26 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA) ile yapıldı. Hemşirelerin %95,6'sının (n=86) kadın, %51,1'inin (n=46) evli, %50'sinin (n=45) lisans mezunu, yaşlarının ortalama 32,69±7,02 yıl ve çalışma sürelerinin ortalama 8,45±6,38 yıl olduğu saptandı. Bu çalışmada genel olarak ameliyathane hemşirelerinin tıbbi hataya eğilim düzeyi ile bireysel iş yükü algısı düzeyi arasında olumlu bir ilişkinin olduğu, hemşirelerin iş yükü algısı arttıkça tıbbi hataya eğilimlerinin azaldığı belirlendi. HTHEÖ'nde ilaç ve transfüzyon uygulamaları alt boyutunda puanın yüksek olduğu, lisans ve üzeri eğitim düzeyi olan hemşirelerin tıbbi hataya eğiliminin yüksek ve bireysel iş yükü algısının düşük olduğu görüldü.

This study, which was planned and conducted as descriptive and correlational, was conducted to evaluate the relationship between the workload perceptions of operating room nurses and their levels of proneness to medical errors. The universe of the study consisted of nurses working in the operating rooms of a private hospital in Istanbul between October 2023 and March 2024, and the sample consisted of 200 nurses who were willing/volunteered to participate in the study after obtaining the necessary permissions. The data were collected using a questionnaire form prepared by the researcher through a literature review, the Nurses' Proneness to Medical Errors Scale (HTHEÖ) and the Individual Workload Perception Scale (IPPS). The results were evaluated at a 95% confidence interval and significance was p<0.05 (two-sided). It was determined that 95.6% (n=86) of the nurses were female, 51.1% (n=46) were married, 50% (n=45) had a bachelor's degree, their average age was 32.69±7.02 years, and their average working period was 8.45±6.38 years. In this study, it was determined that there was a positive relationship between the level of tendency to medical errors and the level of individual workload perception of the operating room nurses in general, and that as the perception of workload of the nurses increased, their tendency to medical errors decreased. It was observed that the score in the sub-dimension of medication and transfusion practices in HTHEÖ was high, and nurses with a bachelor's degree and above education had a high tendency to medical errors and a low perception of individual workload.
