Özet
İrâdeyi kavramsal olarak ve mâhiyeti yönüyle Ebu'l Muîn en-Nesefî özelinde ele alan bu çalışmada, öncelikle irâdenin kavramsal çerçevesi tartışılmakta ve sonrasında farklı ekollerden alimlerle mukayeseli olarak Nesefî'nin Allah ve insan irâdesine dair anlayışı ortaya konulmakta, irâdenin mâhiyeti, onun sıfat, araz ve fiil ile ilişkisi ele alınmaktadır. Kelamcılar, ekollerinin temel ilkelerini esas alarak bir evren teorisi benimsemiş ve âlemin mahiyetini, cevher ile arazın anlamını ve özelliklerini, Allah'ın muhtâr oluşunu, âlemle olan ilişkisini, ilâhî irâde ile cüz'î irâdenin birbiriyle olan bağını ve insanın özgürlüğünü bu temel ilkeler üzerinden izah etmişlerdir. İrâde sıfatının hakiki ve mecazi oluşu, hudûsu ve kıdemi, zât ile olan bağı, dönemin kabul edilen evren anlayışının irâdenin yapısına, araz oluşuna ya da olmayışına tesiri değerlendirilmektedir. İrâdenin fiille olan ilişkisinde ise kadîm ve hâdis arasındaki ilişki öne çıkmaktadır. Allah'ın irâdesini, insanın irâdesine benzer gören Mu'tezile'ye karşı Ehl-i Sünnet'in cevap niteliğindeki görüşlerini izah ettiğimiz bu çalışma, hem Nesefî'nin derinlikli açıklamaları ile Mâtürîdiyye mezhebinde esas alınan ilkeler bağlamında irâdenin Allah ve insan açısından nasıl anlaşıldığını anlama hem de Nesefî'nin mezhep içerisindeki konumunu irâde konusu çerçevesinde değerlendirme fırsatı vermektedir.

In this study, which deals with the will conceptually and in terms of its essence, especially with Abu'l Mu'in al-Nasafi, the conceptual framework of the will is first discussed and then, in comparison with scholars from different schools, Nasafi's understanding of the will of God and man is revealed, and the nature of the will, its relationship with attributes, accidents and actions are discussed. Theologians adopted a theory of the universe based on the basic principles of their schools and explained the nature of the universe, the meaning and characteristics of substance and accident, the autonomous nature of God, his relationship with the universe, the connection between the divine will and the partial will and the freedom of man on the basis of these basic principles. The real and metaphorical nature of the attribute of will, its existence and age, its connection with the essence, the effect of the accepted understanding of the universe of the period on the structure of the will, its being an accident or not, are evaluated. In the relationship of the will with the action, the relationship between the ancient and the hadith comes to the fore. This study, in which we explain the views of the Ahl al-Sunnah as a response to the Mu'tazila, who see the will of Allah and man as similar, provides the opportunity to understand how will is understood from the perspective of Allah and man in the context of the principles taken as basis in the Maturidiyya school of thought with the in-depth explanations of Nasafi, and to evaluate Nasafi's position within the school of thought within the framework of the subject of will.
