Özet
Toplum, devamlı değişim içerisinde olan bir yapıdır. Bu değişim içerisinde bazı konular ise hala güncelliğini korumaktadır. Allah'ın naslar yoluyla belirlediği ve yasakladığı şeylerin sadece Hz. Peygamberin zamanında değil, günümüzde de birçok sorunu önlediği ve bu sorunlara çözüm olduğu görülmektedir. Çünkü İslam dini, bireyin ve toplumun genel yapısını, maslahatlarını korumak ve iki cihan saadetini amaçlamıştır. Bu iki dünya saadeti biyolojik, toplumsal, ekonomik ve psikolojik olarak birçok etkeni barındırmaktadır. İslam dini, insanların birbirleriyle olan ilişkilerini, haklarını ve sorumluluklarını içerisinde yaşadıkları toplumun dengesini koruyacak şekilde düzenlemiş ve insanların da fıtratlarına uygun olacak şekilde bazı düzenlemeler ve yasaklamalar getirmiştir. Bu yasaklanan maddeler içerisinde yer alan içki, insana ve insanlığa vermiş olduğu zararlar sebebiyle haram kılınmıştır. Bu maddenin yasaklanması da insanoğluna zor geleceği için tedricen yapılmış ve toplumun içselleştirmesi sağlanmıştır. İçki, Kur'an-ı Kerim'de hamr olarak ifade edilmiş ve yasaklandığını bildirilen ayetlerde içkinin kesin bir şekilde haram kılındığı ifade edilmiştir. Yasaklanan şeyler Müslümanlar için Hz. Muhammed (s.a.v) önderliğinde ferdi ve toplumsal olarak düzenlenmiş ve topluma uyumu kolaylaştırılması açısından düzenlemeler yapılmıştır. Hamrın mahiyeti, çeşitleri, yasaklanma sebebi, yasaklandığı durumlar, kullanımına verilen cezalar, kullanan kişinin dünya ve ahirette karşılaşabileceği durumlar hadisi şeriflerle de açıklanmıştır. Hz. Peygamber'in hadislerinde de içki konusu bütün yönleriyle ele alınmış; kullanımı sonucu verilen ceza, kullananların dünya ve ahiretteki durumları, yasaklanma sebepleri, bireye ve topluma vermiş olduğu zararlar gibi birçok konu hakkında bilgileri bulmak mümkündür. İçki konusunda“Bütün kötülüklerin anasıdır”buyurarak, içkinin sebep olabileceği zararların ne derece büyük olduğunu gözler önüne sermiştir. İçkinin sarhoşluk veren bir madde olması sebebiyle de kişilerin eylemlerini bilinçsiz hale getirmiş ve eylemlerinin de kontrolünü kaybetmesine sebep olmuştur. Dünyadaki işlenen birçok suç ve sorunun kaynağı oluşu, insanın dünyevi olarak huzur ve refahını bozması, uhrevi olarak da Allah'ın emir ve yasaklarına itaat etmede bilinçsizleşmesini sağlaması, iman şuuruyla ibadetlerini yapmasına engel olması, ahirette de çeşitli azaplara sebebiyet vermesi neticesinde Allah tarafından kesin olarak haram kılınmıştır.

Society is a structure that is constantly changing. Within this change, some issues still remain current. The things that Allah determined and forbidden through the verses are only Hz. It is seen that it prevented and provided solutions to many problems not only in the time of the Prophet but also today. Because the religion of Islam aims to protect the general structure and interests of the individual and society and to achieve happiness in both worlds. These two worlds of happiness include many biological, social, economic and psychological factors. The religion of Islam has regulated people's relationships with each other, their rights and responsibilities in a way that preserves the balance of the society they live in, and has introduced some regulations and prohibitions in accordance with people's nature. Alcohol, which is among these prohibited substances, is forbidden due to the harm it causes to humans and humanity. The banning of this substance was made gradually, as it would be difficult for human beings, and society was able to internalize it. Alcohol is expressed as khamr in the Holy Quran, and in the verses stating that it is prohibited, it is stated that alcohol is strictly forbidden. Things that are prohibited for Muslims are Hz. Under the leadership of Muhammad, individual and social arrangements were made to facilitate adaptation to society. The nature of hamr, its types, the reason for its prohibition, the situations in which it is prohibited, the penalties given for its use, and the situations that the user may encounter in this world and the afterlife are also explained in hadiths. The issue of alcohol is discussed in all its aspects in the hadiths of Muhammad. taken; It is possible to find information about many topics such as the punishment given as a result of its use, the situation of the users in this world and the afterlife, the reasons for the ban, and the harm it causes to the individual and society. By saying“Alcohol is the mother of all evil”, he revealed how great the harm that alcohol can cause. Since alcohol is an intoxicating substance, it makes people unconscious of their actions and causes them to lose control of their actions. It is definitely forbidden by Allah as a result of being the source of many crimes and problems committed in the world, disrupting the worldly peace and well-being of people, making people unconscious in obeying Allah's orders and prohibitions in the otherworldly, preventing them from performing their worship with the consciousness of faith, and causing various torments in the afterlife. has been made.
