Özet

İbâdiyye fırkası, İslam tarihinde ortaya çıkmış ilk fırkalardan olan Hâricîyye mezhebinin günümüze kadar ulaşabilen tek kolu olarak bilinir. Bu mezhebi kendi kaynaklarından yeterince tanımamaktayız. Bunlar hakkındaki malumata diğer mezhep ve fırkalarca yazılmış eserlerde rastlayabilmekteyiz. Mezhep hakkında daha objektif ve doğru bilgilere ulaşabilmek için onları kendi kaynaklarından tanımak önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada İbâdiyye mezhebince önemli bir âlim olarak kabul edilen Vercelânî'nin (ö.570/1175) hadise bakışı ile onun özelinde mensubu olduğu İbâdiyye mezhebinin hadise dair konulara yaklaşımları araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca hadisi aktaran kişi olarak râviye bakışları, cerh ve ta'dil ilmi hakkındaki görüşleri ve hadis rivâyet yolları hakkındaki fikirleri ile ilgili de araştırma yapılmıştır. Bununla beraber, hadisleri Hz. Peygamber'den aktaran ilk nesil olan sahâbe sonrasında tâbiûn ve tebe-u't-tâbiûna bakışları da ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışma neticesinde İbâdîlerin kullanmış oldukları hadis usûlünün Sünnîlerin hadis usûlüne yakın olduğu ve onların Hz. Peygamber'den bize kadar aktarılmış olan sahih hadisleri Kur'ân'dan sonra dinin ikinci kaynağı olarak gördükleri tespit edilmiştir. Hz. Peygamber'den gelen haberleri aktaran sahâbe nesline de iyi niyetle yaklaştıkları, fakat İslam tarihinde savaş ve karışıklığın başladığı fitneden sonra ise sahâbenin de cerh ve ta'dil ilmine tabî tutulmaları gerektiği fikrini benimsedikleri görülmüştür. Bu çalışma neticesinde Vercelânî özelinde İbâdîyye mezhebinin hadis usulüne bakışlarının biraz daha anlaşılması ümit edilir.

The Ibâdîyya sect is the only branch of the Hâricîyya sect, which was one of the first sects to emerge in Islam in history, that has survived to the present day. We do not know this sect well enough from its own sources. We come across information about these in works written by other sects and sects. In order to obtain more objective and accurate information about the sect, it is important to know them from their own sources. In this study, the hadith view of Vercelân (d.570/1175), who is considered an important scholar in the Ibâdîyye sect, and the classification of hadiths and their place in religion of the Ibâdîyye sect, to which he was a member, were investigated. In addition, a study was conducted on his views on the narrator, who is the person who conveys the hadith, his views on the science of cerh and ta'dil, and his ideas on the ways of narrating hadiths. However, the hadiths of After the companions, who were the first generation to transmit from the Prophet, their views on tabi'in and tebei't-tabi'in were discussed. As a result of this study, it was concluded that the Ibâdîs were also a moderate Islamic sect, the hadith method they used was close to the hadith method of the Sunnis, and their tradition of the Prophet Muhammad. It has been determined that they regard the authentic hadiths handed down from the Prophet to us as the second source of religion after the Quran. It was seen that they approached the generation of companions who conveyed the news from the Prophet to us in good faith, but after the fitnah that started war and confusion in Islam, they adopted the idea that the companions should also be subjected to the science of cerh and ta'dil. As a result of this study, it is hoped that the Ibadiyya sect's view of the hadith procedure, specifically Vercelânî, will be understood a little more.
