Özet
ÖZET İlâhî hitâbın Kur'ân olarak harf ve kelimelere yansıtılmış halinin telaffuz biçimine ciddi bir önem atfedilmiştir. Bu okuyuş şeklinin hakikatinden kopmaması için Hz. Peygamber, ashab, tabiin ve sonrasında gelen âlimler, titizlikle çalışmışlardır. Söz konusu okuyuşlar, kırâat kavramı olarak karşımıza çıkmıştır. Yedi harf üzere okuma ruhsatı ve Hz. Peygamberden sonraki süreçte bazı olay ve durumların sebebiyet vermesi ile kırâat farklılıkları oluşmuştur. Sahih kırâatin korunması, eğitiminin ve naklinin sağlanması hep o titiz çalışmaların ürünüdür. Kırâatlerin çoğalması ve çeşitlenmesi ile oluşan okuyuş farklılıkları, bazı şartlar gerektiren tasnif ve sınırlandırma durumlarına tabi tutulmuştur. Söz konusu çalışmalar kapsamında sahih kırâat dışında tutulan şâz rivayetlerin değerlendirildiği ve istifade edilebildiği birçok alan bulunmaktadır. Şâz kırâatler, zikredilebilecek alanlardan tefsir için de önemli bir unsurdur. Bu bağlamda hazırladığımız çalışmamız, Ebü'l-Berekât en-Nesefî'nin tefsiri olan Medârikü't-tenzîl adlı eserinde yer alan şâz rivayetlerini inceleme konusudur. Çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde müfessirimizin hayatı, ilim çalışmaları ve ilmî şahsiyeti ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde, kırâat olgusu ve özellikle şâz rivayetlerin mâhiyeti üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde ise Medârikü't-tenzîl tefsiri hakkında gerekli bilgiler verildikten sonra sûre tertibi ve âyet sıralamasına göre şâz kırâatler incelenmiştir.

ABSTRACT The pronunciation of the divine address reflected in the letters and words of the Quran has been given serious importance. In order for this reading style not to deviate from its truth, the Prophet, his companions, tabiin and the scholars who came after him have worked meticulously. The readings in question have emerged as the concept of recitation. The permission to read on seven letters and the recitation differences that occurred due to some events and situations in the process after the Prophet have occurred. The protection of authentic recitation, ensuring its education and transmission are all products of those meticulous studies. The reading differences that have occurred with the increase and diversification of recitations have been subjected to classification and limitation situations that require certain conditions. Within the scope of these studies, there are many areas where the irregular narrations that are excluded from authentic recitations are evaluated and utilized. Irregular recitations are also an important element for interpretation, among the areas that can be mentioned. In this context, our study is about examining the irregular narrations in the work of Madarikü't-tenzil, which is the commentary of Abu'l-Barakat an-Nasafi. In the first part of our study, the life, scientific works and scientific personality of our commentator are discussed. In the second part, the phenomenon of recitation and especially the nature of irregular narrations are emphasized. In the third part, after giving the necessary information about the commentary of Madarikü't-tenzil, irregular recitations are examined according to the order of the surahs and verses.
