Özet
Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'in Hz. Osman (ra) döneminde istinsah edilmesi neticesinde ortaya çıkan mushaflardaki imlânın konu edildiği bu çalışmada kıyâsî imlâya uymayan kelimeleri gösteren örnekler incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı resm-i Osmânîdeki farklı yazımların istinsah heyetinde bulunan kâtiplerin hatası neticesinde yazıya yansıyan durumlar olmaktan ziyade bilgiye dayalı hassas tercihler olduğu gerçeğini ispat etmektir. Üç ana bölümden oluşan bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde Arapların yazı konusundaki birikimleri, Arap yazısında var olan imlâ türleri ve resm-i Osmânînin özellikleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Hz. Peygamber döneminden başlayıp Hz. Osman dönemine gelinceye kadarki süreçte Kur'ân âyetlerinin yazılmasının işlendiği ikinci bölümde mushaf imlâsı hakkındaki tartışmalar ve çıkış sebepleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmanın ana temasının işlendiği üçüncü bölümde ise mushaf imlâsında farklı şekilde yazılan kelimeler resm-i Osmânî kuralları çerçevesinde veya müstakil olarak değerlendirildikten sonra bu kelimelerin yazılışında herhangi bir hatanın olmadığı önermesi ispat edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmamızın sonunda resm-i Osmanîdeki farklı yazımların kâtip hatalarından değil Arap dilinin bazı özelliklerinin yazıya aktarılmasından ve bu yazının noktasız ve harekesiz olmasından kaynaklanan karışıklığı önleme çabasından kaynaklandığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

In this study, which is about the spelling in the mushafs that emerged as a result of the copying of the Holy Quran during the period of Hz. Osman (ra), examples of words that do not comply with the analogous spelling are examined. The main purpose of this study is to prove the fact that the different spellings in the Ottoman official manuscript are not the result of the mistakes of the scribes in the copying committee, but rather sensitive choices based on knowledge. In the first part of this study, which consists of three main parts, information is given about the knowledge of the Arabs about writing, the spelling types that exist in the Arabic script and the characteristics of Resm-i Osmânî. In the second part, which deals with the writing of the Quranic verses from the time of the Prophet to the time of Hz. Osman, the discussions about the spelling of the Mushaf and the reasons for its emergence are emphasized. In the third part, where the main theme of the study is discussed, the words written differently in the Mushaf spelling are evaluated within the framework of the Official Ottoman rules or independently and then an attempt is made to prove the proposition that there is no error in the spelling of these words. At the end of our study, it was concluded that the different spellings in the Ottoman official text were not due to the errors of the scribes, but rather to the effort to prevent confusion arising from the transfer of some features of the Arabic language to writing and the lack of dots and vowels in this writing.
