Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, engelli çocuğa sahip annelerin cinsel doyumları üzerinde psikodrama grup terapisinin etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, 18-65 yaş arası engelli çocuğa sahip ve partneri bulunan 10 gönüllü kadın katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma; ön-test ve son-test kontrol grupsuz desenin kullanılacağı bir çalışma olarak planlanmıştır. Katılımcılara grup terapisi öncesi; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Beck Depresyon Ölçeği (BDÖ), Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği (BAÖ) ve Golombok-Rust Cinsel Doyum Ölçeği (GRCDÖ) uygulanmıştır. Sonrasında haftada bir gün, 2 saat süreli, 10 oturumluk psikodrama grup terapisi yapılmış ve grup terapisi sonrası katılımcılara tekrar Beck Depresyon Ölçeği (BDÖ), Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği (BAÖ) ve Golombok-Rust Cinsel Doyum Ölçeği (GRCDÖ) uygulanmıştır. Ön-testte ve son-testte uygulanan ölçekler ve bu ölçeklerin alt boyutlarından elde edilen sonuçlar arasındaki ilişkileri değerlendirmek için Spearman Korelasyon Testi, grup terapisi öncesi ve sonrası ölçeklerden elde edilen sonuçların karşılaştırılması için ise Wilcoxon Testi kullanılarak değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Yapılan ön-test analizlerinin sonucunda; engelli çocuğa sahip annelerin depresyon puanları ile anksiyete puanları arasında ve anksiyete puanları ile GRCDÖ'nin vajinismus alt boyutu puanları arasında pozitif yönde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Son-test analiz sonuçlarında ise; depresyon puanları ile GRCDÖ'nin dokunma ve anorgazmi alt boyut puanları arasında negatif yönde ve anksiyete puanları ile GRCDÖ'nin kaçınma ve vajinismus alt boyutu puanları arasında pozitif yönde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Engelli çocuğa sahip annelere uygulanan ölçeklerin, ön test ve son test ölçümlerinin karşılaştırılmasında ise istatistikçe anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmamıştır. Yalnızca Golombok-Rust Cinsel Doyum Ölçeğinin, dokunma alt boyut puanının ön-teste ile son-test ölçümleri arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; psikodrama grup terapisinin, engelli çocuğa sahip annelerin cinsel doyumları üzerinde olumlu bir etki oluşturduğu ancak bu etkinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir düzeye erişemediği tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of psychodrama group psychotherapy on the sexual satisfaction of mothers with disabled children. The sample of the research consist of 10 volunteer female participants who have a disabled child between the ages of 18-65 and have a partner. The study is planned as a study in which pre-test and pos-test design without control group wil be used. Before group psychotherapy, Personal Information Form, Beck Depression Scale (BDS), Beck Anxiety Scale (BAS) and Golombok Rust Sexual Satisfaction Scale (GRISS) were administered to the participants. Afterwards, 10 sessions of psychodrama group psychotherapy were conducted once a week for 2 hours and after group psychotherapy, Beck Depression Scale, Beck Anxiety Scale and Golombok Rust Sexual Satisfaction Scale were applied to the participants again. The Spearman Correlation test was used to evaluate the relationships between the scales applied in the pre-test and the post-test and the results which was obtained from the sub-dimensions of these scales, and the Wilcoxon test was used to compare the results obtained from the scales before and after group psychotherapy. As a result of the pre-test analysis; a statistically significant positive correlation was found between depression scores and anxiety scores of mothers with disabled children, and between anxiety scores and vaginismus sub-dimension scores of GRISS. In the post-test analysis results; a statistically significant correlation was found between depression scores and GRISS touch and anorgasmia sub-dimension scores in a negative direction, and between anxiety scores and GRISS avoidance and vaginismus sub-dimension scores in a positive direction. No statistically significant difference was found in the comparison of the pre-test and post-test measurements applied to the mothers which have a disabled child. It was determined that there was only a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test measurements of the touch sub-dimension score of the Golombok Rust Sexual Satisfaction Scale. As a result it was determined that psychodrama group psychotherapy had a positive effect on the sexual satisfaction of mother with disabled children, but this effect could not be at a statistically significant level.
