Özet
Bu araştırmada, Bursa'nın Nilüfer İlçesinde bulunan camilerin dernek yönetimleri, din görevlileri ve cemaat arasındaki ilişikler Din Sosyolojisi açısından incelenmiştir. Öncelikle Sivil Toplum kavramı, derneklerin tarihçesi, cami dernekleri ve yönetimleri, din hizmeti ve din görevlisi, cami ve cemaat, ayrıca iletişim gibi konular başta olmak üzere ilgili mevzuatların nitel araştırma tekniklerinden doküman analizi yoluyla literatür taraması yapılmıştır. İkinci olarak ilçe sınırları içerisindeki mahalleler; bulundukları konum, gelişmişlik düzeyi ve nüfus yoğunluğu gibi faktörlerin yanı sıra, ikamet edenlerin kültürel, ekonomik ve eğitim seviyeleri gibi demografik özellikleri dikkate alınarak önce iki bölgeye ayrılmıştır. Daha sonra, bu bölgelerde bulunan camiler arasından bulundukları konumları ve cemaat yoğunluğu göz önünde bulundurularak örneklem grubu camiler belirlenmiştir. Tespit edilen 22 caminin dernek yöneticilerine, din görevlilerine ve müdavimi olan cami cemaatine nitel araştırıma yöntemi desenlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği uygulanarak örneklem alanından veriler elde edilmiştir. Saha araştırmasından elde edilen verilerin analizleri sonucunda camilerde yaşanan gerginliklerin ve çatışmaların asıl gayesi din hizmeti sunmak olan camilerdeki hizmetlerin olumsuz etkilenmesine sebep olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Bütün doküman analizi ve görüşme teknikleriyle elde edilen bu veriler yapılan çalışmada din sosyolojisi açısından değerlendirilmiştir.

In this research, the relations between the association administrations, religious officials and the congregation of the mosques in Nilüfer District of Bursa were analyzed in terms of Sociology of Religion. First of all, the concept of Civil Society, the history of associations, mosque associations and their management, religious service and religious officials, mosque and congregation, and communication, as well as the relevant legislation, especially the concept of literature review was conducted through document analysis from qualitative research techniques. Secondly, the neighborhoods within the borders of the district were first divided into two regions, taking into account factors such as their location, level of development and population density, as well as demographic characteristics such as cultural, economic and educational levels of the residents. Then, the sample group mosques were determined among the mosques in these regions, taking into account their location and congregation density. Data were obtained from the sampling area by applying the semi-structured interview technique, one of the qualitative research method designs, to the association managers, religious officials and regular mosque congregants of the 22 mosques identified. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained from the field research, it was observed that the tensions and conflicts in mosques caused negative effects on the services in mosques, whose main purpose is to provide religious services. All these data obtained through document analysis and interview techniques were evaluated in terms of sociology of religion in this study.
