Özet
Kur'ân âyetlerinin yaklaşık 23 yıllık bir zaman zarfında, belirli bir tarihi bağlamda, muhtelif olay ve durumlar üzerine peyderpey geldiği bilinen bir gerçektir. Nüzûlü boyunca Kur'ân ayetleri farklı zaman dilimlerindeki kişi, kavim ve olaylara sık sık atıfta bulunmuştur. Sözün bir yerinde farklı zaman dilimlerindeki olay/olaylara işaret ederek dikkatleri buraya çeken çeken bu atıflar/göndermeler, Kur'ân'ın nüzûl keyfiyeti dikkate alınarak değerlendirildiğinde, içine nâzil oldukları bağlamla ilişkileri son derece dikkat çekici, araştırmaya ve keşfetmeye değer bir hazinedir. Yukarıdaki bilgilerden hareketle bu çalışma, Kur'ân-ı Kerim üslûbunun önemli bir unsuru olan geçmiş ve gelecek atıflarını, nâzil oldukları tarihî bağlamdan hareketle, yapısal ve anlamsal bakımdan incelemeyi amaçlamıştır. Bu amaçla Kur'ân ayetlerinin tamamı geçmiş ve geleceğe atıflar yönünden nüzûl tertibine göre titizlikle taranmış, bunların, yapı ve işaret ettikleri zaman bakımından tasnifi yapılarak Kur'ân'ı anlamadaki işlevleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Elinizdeki çalışma, Kur'ân'daki farklı zaman dilimlerine ait atıfları bir anlatım üslûbu olarak görmesi ve bu atıfların bağlamsal pozisyonunu inceleyerek Kur'ân'ı anlamadaki işlevlerine odaklanması bakımından tefsir literatürüne yeni bir perspektif sunan özgün bir çalışmadır.

It is a well-known fact that the verses of the Qur'ān were gradually revealed over a period of approximately 23 years, within a specific historical context, in response to various events and circumstances. Throughout its revelation, the verses of the Qur'ān have frequently referred to individuals, tribes, and events from different time periods. These ʿāṭıf/references, which draw attention to even/events in different time periods in the place of the word, are a treasure trove worthy of research and discovery when they are evaluated in light of the manner in which the Qur'ān was revealed, as their relationship to the context in which they were revealed is extremely remarkable. Based on the above information, this study has aimed to examine references to the past and the future, which are important elements of the wording of al-Qur'ān al-Karīm, from a structural and semantic respect, on the basis of the historical context in which they were revealed. With this aim, all verses of the Qur'ān have been carefully searched in terms of their references to the past and the future according to the order of their revelation, and their functions in understanding the Qur'ān have been identified by classifying them according to their structure and the time that they have referred to. This work is an original study that offers a new perspective to the literature of tafsīr/the commentary of the Qur'ān in that it views references to different time periods in the Qur'ān as a narrative wording and focuses on their functions in understanding the Qur'ān by examining their contextual positions.
