Özet
Anonim şirket genel kurul toplantı başkanı, genel kurulun başından sonuna kadarki tüm süreçlerine hâkim olması nedeniyle tezimizin esas konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Tezimiz kapsamında ise toplantı başkanının toplantının her aşamasındaki görevleri ve bu görevleri tarafsız, özenli ve dürüst bir şekilde yerine getirmemesi nedeniyle anonim şirkete ve pay sahibine karşı hukuki sorumluluğu ele alınmıştır.

The chairman of the the general meeting of a joint stock company is the main focus of this thesis, as the chairman oversees the entire general meeting process from beginning to end. Within the scope of our thesis, the duties of the chairman at each stage of the meeting and the legal liability arising towards the joint stock company and its shareholders in cases where these duties are not performed impartially, diligently, and honestly are examined.
