Özet
Bu tez, İmâmiyye Şîası'nın önde gelen âlimlerinden Ebû Ca'fer et-Tûsî'nin (ö. 460/1067) et-Tibyân fî Tefsîri'l-Kur'ân adlı tefsirinde, Ehl-i sünnet anlayışından ayrıştığı itikadî ve fıkhî görüşleri incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Tefsir ilminin, müfessirin mezhebî ve ilmî kimliğini yansıtan temel disiplinlerden biri olduğu kabulünden hareketle, çalışmada Tûsî'nin Kur'an âyetlerini yorumlarken benimsediği yöntem çerçevesinde mezhepler arası benzerlik ve farklılıklar ele alınmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi benimsenmiş; tasvirî, tahlilî ve mukayeseli metotlar kullanılmıştır. Bu kapsamda imâmet, ismet, takıyye, şefaat ve rü'yetullah gibi itikadî meseleler ile abdest, humus ve bazı fıkhî hükümler, Tûsî'nin tefsiri temel alınarak Ehl-i sünnet literatürüyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, Tûsî'nin Ehl-i sünnet'le olan ayrışmasının mutlak bir karşıtlıktan ziyade mezhebî kabuller ve metodolojik tercihler doğrultusunda şekillendiği; bununla birlikte Ehl-i sünnet tefsir geleneğiyle önemli ölçüde ortak bir zemini paylaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu tez, mezhepler arası ilmî etkileşimin tefsir ilmi bağlamında anlaşılmasına katkı sunmayı hedeflemektedir.

This thesis aims to examine the theological and jurisprudential views of Abu Ja'far al-Tusi (d. 460/1067), one of the leading scholars of the Imamiyyah Shi'a, that diverge from the Sunni understanding in his exegesis entitled et-Tibyân fî Tefsîri'l-Kur'ân. Based on the premise that exegesis is one of the fundamental disciplines reflecting the sectarian and scholarly identity of the exegete, this study examines the similarities and differences between sects within the framework of the methodology adopted by Tusi in interpreting the verses of the Qur'an. A qualitative research method was adopted in the study; descriptive, analytical, and comparative methods were used. In this context, doctrinal issues such as imamate, ismet, taqiyya, intercession, and ru'yetullah, as well as ablution, humus, and some jurisprudential rulings, were compared with Sunni literature based on Tusi's exegesis. The study concludes that Tusi's divergence from the Sunni tradition was shaped more by sectarian beliefs and methodological preferences than by absolute opposition; moreover, it was found that he shared significant common ground with the Sunni exegetical tradition. This thesis aims to contribute to the understanding of inter-sectarian scholarly interaction in the context of the science of exegesis.
