Özet
Bu araştırma, bir kamu hastanesinde görev yapan sağlık personelinin sağlık teknolojilerine yönelik tutumlarını incelemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini, ilgili kamu hastanesinde görev yapan 451 sağlık çalışanı oluşturmuştur. Çalışma sürecinde olası veri kayıpları göz önünde bulundurularak 249 sağlık personeli araştırmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Veriler, katılımcıların sosyodemografik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla literatür doğrultusunda hazırlanan 11 sorudan oluşan Kişisel Bilgi Formu ile sağlık personelinin sağlık teknolojilerine yönelik tutumlarını değerlendirmek amacıyla kullanılan 23 maddelik Sağlık Personeli Sağlık Teknolojileri Değerlendirme Tutum Ölçeği aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS 27 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Nicel değişkenler ortalama, standart sapma, medyan, minimum ve maksimum değerler ile; nitel değişkenler ise frekans ve yüzde dağılımları ile değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin normal dağılıma uygunluğu Shapiro–Wilk testi ve Box Plot grafikler aracılığıyla incelenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre, sağlık personelinin sağlık teknolojilerine yönelik tutumlarının genel olarak olumlu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ölçek alt boyutları incelendiğinde“Farkındalık”,“Kapsam”ve“Fayda”boyutlarında ortalamanın üzerinde puanlar elde edilmiştir. Cinsiyet değişkenine göre erkek sağlık çalışanlarının bazı alt boyutlarda daha yüksek puan ortalamalarına sahip olduğu, eğitim düzeyi arttıkça sağlık teknolojilerine yönelik tutum puanlarının da anlamlı biçimde yükseldiği saptanmıştır. Buna karşın yaş, medeni durum, meslekte çalışma süresi, kurumda ve birimde çalışma süresi gibi değişkenlere göre sağlık teknolojileri değerlendirme tutumlarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Sonuç olarak, sağlık teknolojilerinin etkin biçimde kullanılmasının yalnızca teknik altyapı ve donanım ile sınırlı olmadığı; sağlık personelinin bilgi düzeyi, farkındalığı ve teknolojiye yönelik tutumları ile yakından ilişkili olduğu belirlenmiştir.

This study was conducted descriptively and cross-sectionally to examine the attitudes of healthcare personnel working in a public hospital towards health technologies. The study population consisted of 451 healthcare workers employed at the relevant public hospital. Taking into account possible data losses during the study process, 249 healthcare personnel were included in the study. Data were collected using a Personal Information Form consisting of 11 questions prepared in line with the literature to determine the sociodemographic characteristics of the participants and the 23-item Healthcare Personnel Health Technologies Attitude Assessment Scale used to evaluate the attitudes of healthcare personnel towards health technologies. The SPSS 27 package programme was used to analyse the obtained data. Quantitative variables were evaluated using mean, standard deviation, median, minimum and maximum values; qualitative variables were evaluated using frequency and percentage distributions. The normality of the data distribution was examined using the Shapiro–Wilk test and Box Plot graphs. According to the research findings, it was determined that the attitudes of healthcare personnel towards health technologies were generally positive. When the scale sub-dimensions were examined, scores above the average were obtained in the 'Awareness',“Scope”and 'Benefit' dimensions. It was found that male healthcare workers had higher average scores in some sub-dimensions according to the gender variable, and that attitudes towards health technologies increased significantly as the level of education increased. However, no statistically significant differences were found in attitudes towards the evaluation of health technologies based on variables such as age, marital status, length of service in the profession, and length of service in the institution and unit. In conclusion, it was determined that the effective use of health technologies is not limited to technical infrastructure and equipment alone; it is closely related to the knowledge level, awareness, and attitudes towards technology of healthcare personnel.
