Özet
Bu tezde, 1924 Anayasası ve 1924 Anayasası'nda yapılan değişiklikler, 1960 yılında yapılan değişiklikler hariç tutularak incelenmiştir. 1924 Anayasası, cumhuriyet rejiminin tesisinin ardından hazırlanıp yürürlüğe konan ilk anayasa olup modern anayasacılık ilke ve yöntemleriyle hazırlanmıştır. 1924 Anayasası ile Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti'nin temel esasları belirlenmiş, yasama, yürütme ve yargı organlarının yapısı şekillendirilmiştir. Öte yandan, 1924 Anayasası, Türk anayasal gelişmeleri içinde yer alan üçüncü anayasadır. Bu sebepten dolayı, 1924 Anayasası incelenirken, daha önceki anayasalar da irdelenmiştir. Daha sonra, 1924 Anayasası'nı meydana getiren koşullar mercek altına alınmış ve ardından 1924 Anayasası genel nitelikleri ve hükümleriyle ortaya konmuştur. Anayasal gelişmeleri etkileyen unsurların başında gelen siyasi ve sosyo-ekonomik şartlar da ele alınarak 1924 Anayasası'nda yapılan değişikliklerin nedenleri ve akabinde ortaya çıkardığı sonuçlar açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.

This thesis analyzes the 1924 Constitution and the subsequent constitutional amendments, with the exception of those introduced in 1960. The 1924 Constitution was the first constitution drafted and enacted after the establishment of the republic, and it was prepared using the principles and methods of modern constitutionalism. Through this Constitution, the fundamental principles of the Republic of Türkiye were established, and the structures of the legislative, executive, and judicial organs were defined. On the other hand, the 1924 Constitution is the third constitution in Turkish constitutional developments and accordingly, earlier constitutions are also examined in order to provide the necessary historical and constitutional background for the analysis of the 1924 Constitution. The thesis then focuses on the political, social, and institutional conditions that led to the drafting of the 1924 Constitution, before setting out its general characteristics and core provisions. The conditions that brought the 1924 Constitution into being are analysed and then the 1924 Constitution is presented with its general characteristics and provisions. Political and socio-economic conditions, which are among the most important factors affecting constitutional developments, have also been analysed and the reasons for the amendments made to the 1924 Constitution and consequences have been tried to be explained.
