Özet
Denizli'nin Çivril ilçesinde bulunan Işıklı-Gökgöl mevki, yaz ve kış göçmenleri ile yerli türler için kritik bir yaşam alanı oluşturur. Işıklı-Gökgöl mevkindeki yabani kuşları helmintolojik açıdan incelemek amacıyla av sezonunda avcılardan temin edilen 11 farklı türden (Anas platyrhynchos, A. crecca, A. acuta, Spatula querquedula, S. clypeata, Tadorna tadorna, Netta rufina, Recurvirostra avosetta, Calidris pugnax, Fulica atra ve Phalacrocorax carbo) toplam 70 adet su kuşu örneği toplanmıştır. Kuş örneklerinde gözlenen helmintlerin ışık mikroskobu ve taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) altında morfolojik özelliklerine göre tanımlamaları yapılmıştır. İncelenen 11 kuş türünden 10'unun bir ya da daha fazla helmint ile enfekte olduğu saptanmıştır. 70 kuş örneğinden ise 68'inde (%97'si) enfeksiyon gözlemlenmiş ve toplamda 45 farklı helmint türü belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışma ile Türkiye'de T. tadorna, R. avosetta ve C. pugnax kuşları ilk defa helmintolojik açıdan incelenmiş ve Trematoda grubundan Acanthoparyphium spinulosum, Echinostoma paraulum, E. sarcinum, Levinseniella propinqua, Petasiger exaeretus, Psilochasmus oxyurus, Psilotrema spiculigerum, Typhlophilus shovellus, Cestoda grubundan Diorchis brevis, Fimbriarioides intermedia, Microsomacanthus collaris, Nadejdolepis sp., Parabisaccanthes philactes, Sobolevicanthus gracilis, S. longistyleticus, Wardium recurvirostrae, Wardoides nyrocae ve Nematoda grubundan Baruscapillaria carbonis, Quasiamidostomum fulicae olmak üzere toplam 19 helmint türü Türkiye'de ilk defa kayıt altına alınmıştır. Amidostomum acutum, Bilharziella polonica, Capillaria sp., Cloacotaenia megalops, Contracaecum rudolphii, Diorchis inflata, Dicranotaenia coronula, Echinocotyle sp., Echinostoma revolutum, Eucelous concortus, Fimbriaria fasciolaris, Hypoderaeum conoideum, Hysteromorpha triloba, Notocotylus attenuatus, Prosthogonimus ovatus, Polymorphus minutus, Syngamus trachea ve Tetrameres sp. türlerinin bulundukları bazı konaklar Türkiye için yeni konak kaydı niteliğindedir.

Işıklı-Gökgöl region located in the Çivril district of Denizli, constitutes a critical habitat for both summer and winter migratory birds, as well as resident species. To study the wild birds in Işıklı-Gökgöl area from a helminthological perspective, a total of 70 waterbirds from 11 different species (Anas platyrhynchos, A. crecca, A. acuta, Spatula querquedula, S. clypeata, Tadorna tadorna, Netta rufina, Recurvirostra avosetta, Calidris pugnax, Fulica atra, Phalacrocorax carbo) were collected. They were identified based on their morphological characteristics under light and electron microscopy. Ten of the 11 bird species examined were found to be infected with one or more helminths. Infection was observed in 68 out of 70 bird samples (97%), and a total of 45 different helminth species were identified. In this study, T. tadorna, R. avosetta, and C. pugnax birds were examined from a helminthological perspective for the first time in Turkey, and a total of 19 helminth species, including: from the Trematode group: Acanthoparyphium spinulosum, Echinostoma paraulum, E. sarcinum, Levinseniella propinqua, Petasiger exaeretus, Psilochasmus oxyurus, Psilotrema spiculigerum, Typhlophilus shovellus; from the Cestode group Diorchis brevis, Fimbriarioides intermedia, Microsomacanthus collaris, Nadejdolepis sp., Parabisaccanthes philactes, Sobolevicanthus gracilis, S. longistyleticus, Wardium recurvirostrae, Wardoides nyrocae and from the Nematode group: Baruscapillaria carbonis, Quasiamidostomum fulicae were recorded for the first time in Turkey. Some hosts of Amidostomum acutum, Bilharziella polonica, Capillaria sp., Cloacotaenia megalops, Contracaecum rudolphii, Diorchis inflata, Dicranotaenia coronula, Echinocotyle sp., Echinostoma revolutum, Eucelous concortus, Fimbriaria fasciolaris, Hypoderaeum conoideum, Hysteromorpha triloba, Notocotylus attenuatus, Prosthogonimus ovatus, Polymorphus minutus, Syngamus trachea and Tetrameres sp. species are new host records for Turkey.
