Özet
Bu çalışma, şiddet olgusunu bir kötülük problemi olarak ele alarak, fiziksel, psikolojik ve sosyal boyutlarını kelâmî perspektiften değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Şiddet kavramı, sadece bireysel davranış bozukluklarıyla anlaşılamayacak kadar karmaşık bir yapıdadır. Bu olgu, insan fiilleri bağlamında ahlâkî, toplumsal ve teolojik boyutları bulunan çok katmanlı bir sorun olarak ele alınmıştır. Şiddetin mâhiyeti ve ahlâkî boyutu, kelâm ilminin insan fiilleri, irâde, sorumluluk, zulüm ve adâlet kavramları çerçevesinde değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada Mu'tezile, Eş'arîlik ve Mâturîdîlik gibi başlıca kelâm ekollerinin insan fiilleri ve kötülük problemine dair yaklaşımları incelenmiştir. Bu yaklaşımların, şiddetin ahlâkî sorumluluğu ve suçlunun konumu açısından sağladığı katkılar ortaya konulmuştur. İnsan yaklaşımında şiddetin yalnızca fiziksel saldırılarla sınırlı olmadığı belirtilerek psikolojik baskı, gruptan dışlama ve sosyal ilişkiler içinde yeniden üretilen zulüm biçimlerinin de ahlâkî sorumluluk doğurduğu vurgulanmıştır. Araştırmada okul şiddeti, şiddetin çok boyutlu yapısını somutlaştıran bir uygulama alanı olarak ele alınmıştır. Eğitim kurumlarında yaşanan şiddet içerikli davranışlar, bireysel irâde ve sorumluluk çerçevesinde değerlendirilmekle birlikte, kurumsal etkenlerle ilişkisi bağlamında da analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca mağduriyet olgusu, teodise ve kelâmî adâlet anlayışı çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Çalışma, nitel araştırma yöntemi kapsamında literatür taraması ve metin analizi teknikleri kullanılarak yürütülmüştür. Sonuç olarak bu tez, şiddeti yalnızca cezâlandırma ve disiplin eksenli yaklaşımlarla ele almanın yetersiz olduğuna dikkat çekmektedir. Sorunun çözümü için, ahlâkî sorumluluk, irâde terbiyesi ve adâlet merkezli bir değerlendirme imkânı sağlayarak; kelâm ve eğitim bilimleri arasında disiplinler arası bir perspektif sunmaktadır.

This study examines the phenomenon of violence as a problem of evil, aiming to evaluate its physical, psychological, and social dimensions from a Kalam (Islamic theology) perspective. The concept of violence possesses a structure too complex to be understood solely through individual behavioral disorders. This phenomenon is treated as a multi-layered issue with moral, social, and theological dimensions within the context of human actions. The nature and moral scope of violence are analyzed through the conceptual framework of Kalam, specifically focusing on human acts, free will (iradah), responsibility, oppression (zulm), and justice ('adl). The study investigates the approaches of major theological schools, such as the Mu'tazilites, Ash'arites, and Maturidites, regarding human actions and the problem of evil. The contributions of these perspectives to the understanding of moral responsibility for violence and the status of the perpetrator are highlighted. In the humanistic approach, it is stated that violence is not limited to physical attacks alone; it is emphasized that psychological pressure, social exclusion, and forms of cruelty reproduced within social relations also entail moral responsibility. In this research, school violence is addressed as an application area that substantiates the multi-dimensional structure of violence. Violent behaviors occurring in educational institutions, while evaluated within the framework of individual will and responsibility, have also been analyzed in the context of their relationship with institutional factors.. Furthermore, the phenomenon of victimization is discussed within the context of theodicy and the Kalam understanding of justice. The study was conducted using qualitative research methods, specifically literature review and text analysis techniques. In conclusion, this thesis points out that addressing violence solely through punishment- and discipline-oriented approaches is insufficient. By providing an evaluative framework centered on moral responsibility, the cultivation of will, and justice, it offers an interdisciplinary perspective between Kalam and educational sciences.
