Özet
Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'in eşsiz üslubu, sadece cahiliye dönemi Araplarını susturup onlara cevap vermek için değil, her çağda insanların hakikate ulaşmasını ve ilahî mesajı en güzel şekilde anlamasını sağlamak için indirilmiştir. Mesajının doğru anla-şılması, anlamının tam olarak kavranmasına bağlıdır. Bazı âyetler açık ve anlaşılırken, bazıları ise kapalıdır ve ilk bakışta anlaşılmayabilir. Bu nedenle kapalı âyetlerin tefsire ihtiyacı vardır. Tefsir sürecinde belâgata başvurulması, dilin merkezi rolünü ön plana çıkarmış, bu yaklaşım pek çok sorunu çözmüş, tefsirleri zenginleştirmiş ve yeni bakış açıları sunmuştur. Dili doğru anlama gerekliliği, belâgat ilminin önemini de ortaya koymuştur. Belâgat ilmi,“meânî”,“beyân”ve“bedî'”olmak üzere üç kısma ayrılır. Bedî' ilmi ise“anlamı güzelleştiren sanatlar”ve“sözü güzelleştiren sanatlar”olmak üzere iki bölümde değerlendirilir ve bünyesinde onlarca edebî sanatı barındırır. Kur'ân-ı Kerîm, kendine özgü bir sanat ve güzellik taşır. Cümlelerin doğru anlaşılması ve mesajın eksiksiz aktarılması, bedî' sanatları iyi bilmekle mümkündür. Bu sanatlar, ifadenin tüm yönlerini açığa çıkarır, anlamı güçlendirir, kelamı süsler ve maksadın net bir şekilde anlaşılmasını sağlar. İfadeye farklı bakış açıları sunarak anlama derinlik katar, kelamdaki şüphe ve tereddütleri gidererek dikkati asıl anlama çeker. Kelamın ahengini ortaya koyar, edebî güzellikleri ön plana çıkarır ve anlamı zihinlere nakşeder. Bu çalışmada, bedî' sanatlar genel hatlarıyla tanıtılmış ve tarihi seyirleri hak-kında bilgi verilmiştir. Bu sanatların tefsirlere yansıması, âyet-i kerîmelerin lafzî ve manevî düzeyde anlaşılmasında bıraktığı etki ile ifadeye kazandırdığı estetik ve de-rinlik örneklerle açıklanmıştır. Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'in sanatsal güzelliklerini ve i'câz yönlerini ortaya koyan bu sanatlar, tefsir geleneğinde edebî yaklaşımın en önemli örneklerinden biri olarak değerlendirilen Zemahşerî'nin“Keşşâf”tefsiri bağlamında incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, bu sanatların daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için Fahreddin er-Râzî'nin“Mefâtîhu'l-Gayb”tefsiri başta olmak üzere çeşitli tefsirlerden istifade edilmiştir. Örneklerin seçiminde ise edebî sanatların yoğun biçimde kullanıldığı Mekkî sûreler tercih edilmiştir.

The unique style of the Quran was revealed not only to silence and respond to the pre-Islamic Arabs, but also to enable people of all ages to attain the truth and understand the divine message in the most beautiful way. A correct understanding of its message depends on a thorough understanding of its meaning. While some verses are clear and understandable, others are ambiguous and may not be immediately un-derstood. Therefore, ambiguous verses require interpretation. The use of language in the exegetical process has emphasized its central role. This approach has resolved many problems, enriched exegesis, and offered new perspectives. The necessity of correctly understanding language has also emphasized the importance of rhetoric. The science of rhetoric is divided into three parts“meanî”,“beyân”and“bedî'”The science of bedî', in turn, is divided into two parts,“arts that beautify meaning”and“arts that beautify words”and encompasses dozens of literary arts. The Quran possesses unparalleled artistry and beauty. A thorough understan-ding of the sentences and a complete communication of the message are possible through a deep understanding of the aesthetic arts. These arts reveal all facets of expression, strengthen meaning, beautify words, and ensure a clear understanding of the intended meaning. They add depth to understanding by presenting different pers-pectives, dispelling doubts and hesitations within words, and drawing attention to their true meaning. They reveal the harmony of words, emphasize their literary bea-uty, and imprint their meaning on the mind. This study provides a general overview of the bedî' arts and offers informa-tion about on their historical development. The reflection of these arts on commenta-ries, their impact on the literal and semantic understanding of verses, and the aesthe-tics and depth they add to expression are illustrated with examples. These artistic devices, which reveal the beauties and miraculous aspects of the Holy Quran, have been examined within the context of al-Zamakhshari's“Kashshaf”commentary, con-sidered one of the most important examples of the literary approach in the tradition of Quranic exegesis. Furthermore, various commentaries, primarily Fakhr al-Din al-Razi's“Mafatih al-Ghayb,”have been utilized to better understand these artistic de-vices. The examples are selected from Meccan surahs, which feature extensive use of literary arts.
