Özet
Turist rehberliği eğitimi sürecinde teorik bilgilerin uygulama ile pekiştirilmesi, öğrencilerin mesleki yetkinlik kazanımı ile turizm sektörüne uyum sağlamasında kritik bir rol oynamaktadır. Özellikle turist rehberliği eğitimi almış rehber adayları için düzenlenen uygulama eğitim gezileri, kişilerin rehberlik mesleğini yerinde deneyimlemelerine ve profesyonel kimliklerini inşa etmelerine zemin hazırlayan etkili bir öğrenme ve eğitim mekanizmasıdır. Bu geziler sırasında edinilen deneyimlerin niteliği, öğrencilerin mesleğe yönelik geliştirecekleri tutumların temel belirleyicisi konumundadır. Bu noktada, gezi sürecinden elde edilen memnuniyet düzeyi ve rehberlik eden profesyonel turist rehberlerinin sergilediği başarım (performans), öğrencinin mesleki algısını şekillendiren stratejik unsurlar olarak dikkat çekmektedir. Bu çerçevede, çalışmada uygulama eğitim gezisi deneyiminin öğrencilerin mesleğe yönelik tutumları üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu etkide memnuniyetin aracılık rolü ile turist rehberi performansının düzenleyici rolü incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın evrenini, uygulama eğitim gezilerine katılan rehber adayları oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket tekniği kullanılmıştır ve veriler tesadüfi olmayan örnekleme yöntemlerinden kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. Çalışma 314 katılımcıdan elde edilen verilerle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS paket programı ve PROCESS macro aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma modelindeki hipotezlerin test edilmesinde Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi (YEM) kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre öğrencilerin uygulama eğitim gezisi deneyimlerinin mesleğe yönelik tutumları üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğunu kanıtlamaktadır. Ayrıca memnuniyetin uygulama eğitim gezisi deneyimi ile mesleğe yönelik tutum arasında aracı (mediator) bir rol üstlendiği saptanmıştır. Turist rehberi performansının da uygulama eğitim gezisi deneyiminin mesleki tutuma dönüşme sürecinde düzenleyici (moderator) bir role sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Rehber performansının düşük olduğu durumlarda uygulama eğitim gezisi deneyiminin mesleğe yönelik tutuma etkisinin azaldığı, yüksek performansta ise bu etkinin güçlendiği saptanmıştır. Bu çalışma, uygulama eğitim gezilerinin sadece teknik bir gereklilik değil, nitelikli rehber performansı ve öğrenci memnuniyeti ile harmanlandığında mesleki kimlik inşasını önemli ölçüde şekillendirdiği temel bir deneyim olduğunu doğrulamaktadır. Çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde nicel bulgular temel alınarak hem teorik hem de pratik düzeyde öneriler sunulmuştur.

In the process of tourist guiding education, reinforcing theoretical knowledge with practical application plays a critical role in students' acquisition of professional competencies and their adaptation to the tourism sector. Especially, practical training trips organized for guide candidates who have received tourist guiding education serve as an effective learning and training mechanism that allows individuals to experience the guiding profession on-site and lay the foundation for building their professional identity. The quality of the experiences gained during these trips is a fundamental determinant of the attitudes students develop towards the profession. At this point, the level of satisfaction obtained from the trip process and the performance demonstrated by professional tourist guides acting as mentors stand out as strategic factors shaping the student's professional perception. within this framework, the study investigates the impact of practical training trip experience on students' attitudes towards the profession. The mediating role of satisfaction and the moderating role of tourist guide performance in this effect are examined. The population of the study consists of guide candidates participating in practical training trips. The study employs quantitative research methods using the survey technique, and data were collected through the convenience sampling method, a non-probability sampling technique. The study was conducted with data obtained from 314 participants. The data were analyzed using SPSS package program and the PROCESS macro Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses in the study model. According to the study results, it is proven that students' practical training trip experiences have a significant effect on their attitudes towards the profession. Additionally, satisfaction was found to play a mediating role between practical training trip experience and professional attitude. tourist guide performance was also determined to have a moderating role in the transformation process of practical training trip experience into professional attitude. It was found that when guide performance is low, the effect of practical training trip experience on professional attitude decreases, whereas this effect strengthens at high performance levels. this study confirms that practical training trips are not merely a technical requirement but a fundamental experience that significantly shapes professional identity construction when blended with qualified guide performance and student satisfaction. the conclusion section of the study presents both theoretical and practical recommendations based on the quantitative findings.
