Özet
IV ÖZET Tekstil sektöründeki gelişmeler, bu sektör ürünlerine duyulan ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda gün geçtikçe hız kazanmıştır. Bu nedenledir ki, dünyada tekstil ürünlerini üretmeyen ülke kalmamıştır. Bazı ülkeler kendi ihtiyaçlarını bile karşılayamaz iken, bazdan da dünya pazarlarına satmaktadır. Ülkemiz için de oldukça önemli olan bu sektörün ülkenin toplam ihracatı içindeki payı da oldukça büyüktür. Türkiye ekonomisindeki büyümenin daha çok ithalata dayalı olduğu düşünülürse, ihracatı artırma çabalarının gerekliliği de ortaya çıkacaktır. Bu amaçla dış ticaret ile ilgili mevzuatta gerekli düzenlemeler ve ihracatı artırıcı tedbirler mevzuat içinde yerini almıştır. Yüksek lisans tezi olarak hazırlanan bu çalışmada ihracat ve ithalat ile ilgili istatistiksel bilgiler verilerek, dış ticaretin ilgili olduğu mevzuat üzerinde durulmuştur. Ayrıca seçilmiş bir tekstil işletmesinde dış ticaret işlemlerinin muhasebeleştirilmesi ile ilgili örnekler verilmiştir.

ABSTRACT Developments in the textile industry have gained speed everyday in accordance with the needs to the products of this industry. That is why there exist no country in the world not producing textiles. Since some countries cannot even suffice the needs of their own, some others sell to the world market. The share of this industry is big in the total exports of our country, therefore textile industry is very important for us. If we consider that the growth in the Turkish economy is more dependent on importation, then the necessity of the efforts to increase exportation will become apparent. Aiming to this goal, the needed arrangements were done in the related regulations of foreign trade and precautions to increase exports have taken place in the regulations. In this work which is prepared as a master of science thesis, the related regulations of foreign trade were studied by giving statistical data about exports an imports. Also, examples about accounting of foreign trade work are given from a selected textile company.
