Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Delphi yöntemi kullanılarak duyusal ve çoklu engelli çocukların fiziksel okuryazarlığını aile perspektifinden değerlendiren bir ölçek geliştirmek ve psikometrik özelliklerini incelemektir. İlk fazda ölçek maddeleri oluşturuldu ve Delphi süreci 22 uzmanla yürütüldü. İkinci fazda, 29 maddelik ölçeğin analizleri 81 bakım verenden elde edilen verilerle gerçekleştirildi. Yapı geçerliği açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile incelendi; doğrulayıcı faktör analizinde model uyumu kabul edilebilir düzeyde bulundu (Ki-kare/serbestlik derecesi (χ²/df)=1,90; Karşılaştırmalı uyum indeksi (CFI)=0,955). Toplam ölçeğin iç tutarlılığı yüksek bulundu (Cronbach alfa=0,927); alt boyutların Cronbach alfa değerleri 0,772–0,923 arasında değişmektedir. Bir hafta arayla yapılan test-tekrar test değerlendirmesinde toplam puanın sınıf içi korelasyon katsayısı (ICC)=0,913'tür. Geçerlik analizlerinde toplumsal katılım için Çocuk ve Adölesan Katılım Anketi (CASP), yaşam kalitesi için Ağır ve Çoklu Engelli Bireylerde Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği (QOL-PMD) kullanılmıştır. Fiziksel okuryazarlık toplam puanı hem CASP toplam puanı (r=0,753; p<0,01) hem de QOL-PMD toplam puanı ile (r=0,710; p<0,01) yüksek düzeyde pozitif ilişki gösterdi. Genelleştirilmiş lineer model sonuçları da katılım ve yaşam kalitesinin fiziksel okuryazarlık puanı ile pozitif ilişkili olduğunu göstermektedir. Sonuç olarak, geliştirilen ölçeğin duyusal ve çoklu engelli çocuklarda fiziksel okuryazarlığı bakım veren görüşüne dayalı olarak değerlendirmek için geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olduğu belirlendi. Ölçek; aileler, fizyoterapistler, öğretmenler ve diğer uzmanlar arasında ortak bir değerlendirme dili oluşturarak rehabilitasyon planlamasına katkı sağlayabilir.

The aim of this study was to develop a scale assessing physical literacy in children with sensory and multiple disabilities from a family perspective using the Delphi method and to examine its psychometric properties. In the first phase, scale items were generated and the Delphi process was conducted with 22 experts. In the second phase, psychometric analyses of the 29-item scale were performed using data obtained from 81 caregivers. Structural validity was examined using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. In the confirmatory factor analysis, model fit was found to be acceptable (Chi-square/degrees of freedom (χ²/df)=1.90; Comparative fit index (CFI)=0.955). Internal consistency was high for the total scale (Cronbach's alpha=0.927), while Cronbach's alpha values for the subscales ranged from 0.772 to 0.923. In the test–retest assessment conducted one week apart, the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) for the total score was 0.913. For validity analyses, the Child and Adolescent Scale of Participation (CASP) was used to assess participation, and the Quality of Life for People with Profound Multiple Disabilities (QOL-PMD) was used to assess quality of life. The total physical literacy score showed strong positive correlations with both the CASP total participation score (r=0.753; p<0.01) and the QOL-PMD total quality of life score (r=0.710; p<0.01). Generalized linear model analyses also demonstrated that participation and quality of life were positively associated with physical literacy scores. In conclusion, the developed scale was found to be a valid and reliable tool for assessing physical literacy in children with sensory and multiple disabilities based on caregiver perspectives. Its use may facilitate a shared assessment language among families, physiotherapists, teachers, and other professionals, thereby supporting rehabilitation planning.
