Özet
VI ÖZET Bu araştırmamızda, 162 Nolu Megri Seriye Sicilim esas alarak, Megri kazasının H. 1323-1329 / M. 1904-1911 tarihleri arasındaki sosyal ve ekonomik durumunu ortaya koymağa çalıştık. Öncelikle Megri Şer'iye Sicilinin transkripsiyonu yapılarak tahlil çalışmaları ve tasnif çalışmalarının tamamlanması ile birlikte incelenen belgelerin ağırlıklı olarak, miras, vasi tayini ve alacak davası ile itaat davalarından oluştuğu görüldü. Bu doğrultuda çalışmalara başlayarak, şer'iye sicilinin tanımlandığı girişin içerisinde yörenin yaşanan dönemine ait fiziki sımrlan,antik çağlardan günümüze tarihçesi, aile hayatı, idari yapısı, görevliler, üretim, vakıf, vergi düzeni değerlendirilerek Megri kazasının sosyal ve ekonomik durumu tasvir edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca, transkripsiyonun genel bir özeti, yer adlan ve sosyo ekonomik dizin sunulmuştur.

SUMMARY In this research we tried to understand social and economical position of the town Megri, the years between H. 1323- 1329 /A.D. 1904 -1911 on the basis of Megri Şer'iye sicils whose number 162 First of all by transcribing Megri Şer'iye sicils whit the completion of analysis and classification work, the documents which where examined was seen that these documents mostly consist of heritage, guardian, craditor and obadience. In this direction, before starting to work, in the first section which where arranged after the introduction section in which şer'iye sicils is defined. In the first section, the physical borders of the place when ancient people lived, in the second section the history of the place from ancient times up today. In the 3 rd section family life management structure and the evaluation of tax organization of the town Megri it's social and economical situation was tried to be described. Moreover the general summary of transcription, the name of the places and socio economic index are presented.
