Özet
“Kıraat ve tilavet”terimleri Kur'ân vahyinin usulüne uygun okunup seslendirilmesi,“el-Kitâb, el-Hicâ', el-Hatt, er-Resm”terimleri de Kur'ân vahyinin yazıyla zaptu rabt altına alınması manâsında kullanılmıştır. Resmü'l-Mushaf, Hicâü'l-Mushaf gibi tabirler ise Hz. Osman tarafından istinsah ettirilen Mushafların imlâsını ifade eden terimlerdir. Mushaf imlâsı alanında müstağni kalınamayacak derecede önemi haiz olan Ebû Dâvûd Süleymân b. Necâh'ın“Muhtasaru't-Tebyîn li-Hicâi't-Tenzîl”adlı eseri araştırmamızın konusunu, bu eser bağlamında Mushaf imlâsının mahiyet, keyfiyet ve hususiyetlerini ortaya koymak da araştırmamızın amacını teşkil etmektedir. Bu bağlamda Mushaf imlâsının mahiyet ve özelliklerini;“Hazif, Ziyâde/İsbât, İbdâl, Maktu'-Mevsûl, Hemze ve Birden Fazla Kıraati İhtiva Eden Kelimelerin İmlâsı”başlıkları altında inceleyip alt başlıklarla detaylıca ortaya koyduk. Mushaflar arasındaki imlâ ihtilaflarını, Mushafların icmâ edip kurrânın ihtilaf ettiği yerleri türlerine göre tasnif ederek ne tür ihtilafların söz konusu olduğunu ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Ayrıca Mushaflar ve kıraatler arasındaki ihtilafları ve Muhtasaru't-Tebyîn'de değinilen diğer konuları da kısaca ele aldık. Netice itibarıyla İbn Necâh'ın Mushaf imlâsı alanında hocası Ebû Amr ed-Dânî ile birlikte bir otorite yahut mihenk taşı olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Günümüzde Mushafların imlâsının resm-i Osmânî'ye ne derece uygun olduğunu bu iki âlimin iki önemli eseri“el-Mukni”ve“Muhtasaru't-Tebyîn”ile tespit etmenin büyük ölçüde mümkün olduğunu söyleyebilsek de bire bir uygunluğunu tespit için başka materyallere ve araştırmalara ihtiyaç vardır.

While the terms“qira'at and tilawat”are used to mean the proper reading and vocalization of the Quranic revelation, the terms“al-Kitab, al-Hija', al-Hatt, and al-Rasm”are used to mean the recording and recording of the Quranic revelation in writing. Terms such as Rasm al-Mushaf and Hija' al-Mushaf are used to describe the orthography of the Mushafs copied by Caliph Uthman. The work of Abu Dawud Sulayman ibn Najah,“Muhtasaru't-Tebyîn li-Hicâi't-Tenzîl,”which is of paramount importance in the field of Mushaf orthography, is the subject of our research, and the aim of our study is to reveal the nature and characteristics of Mushaf orthography within the context of this work. In this context, the nature and characteristics of Mushaf orthography are: We have examined and presented in detail, under the headings of“Omission, Addition/Ability, Substitution, Maqtu'-Mawsul, Hamza, and the Spelling of Words Containing Multiple Readings,”and their subheadings. We have attempted to identify the types of spelling discrepancies between the Mushafs, classifying the points where the Mushafs have reached consensus and where the reciters have differed according to their types. We have also briefly presented the differences between the Mushafs and readings, as well as other topics mentioned in Muhtasaru't-Tebyîn, for the benefit of the readers. In conclusion, it is possible to say that Ibn Najah, along with his teacher Abu Amr al-Dani, is an authority or a benchmark in the field of Mushaf spelling. While we can say that today it is largely possible to determine the exact correspondence, or the degree to which, of the spelling in the Qur'ans conforms to the Ottoman script using the two important works of these two scholars,“al-Mukni”and“Muhtasaru't-Tebyîn,”further materials and research are needed to determine a 100% accurate conformity.
