Özet

ÖZET Meslek Dersi Öğretmenlerinin Hizmetiçi Eğitim Yoluyla Alanlarına Yönelik Yenilikleri Kazanma Dereceleri Ve Bu Yenilikleri Eğitime Yansıtma Durumları Öğretmenlerimiz günümüz çalışma şartlarında kendilerini yenilemelerini sağlayacak araştırma yapma, fuarları gezme, seyahat etme gibi aktiviteleri gerçekleştirme olanağı bulamamakta ve kendini geliştirmede yetersiz kalmaktadır. Doğal olarak bu durum öğretmenlerin yetiştirmekle yükümlü olduğu öğrenciler üzerinde eğitimin yetersiz olmasına neden olduğu gibi geleceğin toplumsal yapışım oluşturması beklenen öğrencilerimizle belirsiz bir gelecek hazırlanmaktadır. Gelecekte kullanılması olası teknolojileri kullanmayı öğretmekle birlikte geleceğin üreten toplumunu oluşturacak olan meslek dersi öğretmenlerinin bu teknolojileri tanıyarak kullanmaları önem arz etmektedir. Öğretmenlerimizin bu konuda kendilerini yenileyip, gelişme sergileyebilecekleri en uygun ortam hizmetiçi eğitim programlandır. Bu programlarla yeni teknolojileri tanımaları ve kullanıcı olmaları beklenen meslek dersi öğretmenlerinin bir sonraki aşamada bu teknolojileri öğrencilerine tanıtması ve kullanımını öğretmesi beklenen öğretmenler, hizmetiçi eğitim programlarında ihtiyaç duyulan alanlarda yeterli program düzenlenmediğini ifade etmektedirler. Öğretmenlerimiz bu araştırmaya verdikleri yanıtlarda gelişmeye açık olduklarım ve bilgi paylaşımını okul yönetimlerinin yeterli desteğini almamakla birlikte ısrarla yerine getirmeye çalıştıklarım belirtmişlerdir. Hizmetiçi eğitim programlarında ihtiyaç duyulan alanlarda eğitim sayısının arttırılması ve teknolojilerin eğitim ortamlarında kullanımının sağlanabilmesi durumunda, hizmetiçi eğitim programlarının amacına ulaşma oram daha yüksek olacaktır. Hizmetiçi eğitim programlarında görevli eğitmenlerin kısmen yeterli olduğu hizmetiçi eğitime katılmış öğretmenler tarafından belirtilmektedir. Hizmetiçi eğitim programlarında özellikle üniversitelerin yetişmiş akademik personelin görev alması hizmetiçi eğitim faaliyetlerinde niteliğin artışına imkan verebilecektir. rv

ABSTRACT The grading of winning the innovations focused on their fields through in- house training of the teachers and instructors of the vocational courses and their deflection of such innovationsto the education. Our teachers and instructors are lacking and becoming inefficient in the activities which would provide self renovation opportunities such as; research, visiting vocational exhibitions and fairs, traveling etc. under the present circumstances. In addition to its resulting in insufficiency in the education of the students for whom the teachers and instructors are liable to grow naturally, they prepare an unidentified future for our students who are expected to constitute the social structure ot the future. Although they keep teaching them how to use the possible technologies in the future, it is rather significant for the teachers and instructors of vocational courses who will constitute the productive community of the future to know and use these technologies. It will be in-house training programs that is the most convenient environment where our teachers and instructors may develop themselves in self- renovation, devebpment and display the same. The teachers and instructors of vocational courses whom we expect to know and be come the users of these technologies through these programs who are also expected to teach and introduce these technologies to the students in the next stage state that there have not been sufficient number of programs being organized where in-house training programs are actually needed. Our teachers and instructors who have answered to these puestions, have also specified that they have always been open o the developments and although they always lacked the support of the school administrations in fact in information share they insistently tried to perform their duties in this regard. If the number of training in the fields where in-house training programs are repuired will be increased, and the use of technologies will be provided in the educational environment, then the rate of achievingthe target for the in-house training programs will be higher. The teachers and instructors who have participated in in-house training also argue that, the instructors employed in the in-house training programs are mostly efficient. When the academic personnel grown by the universities will particularly be employed in the in-house programming activities, then the puality increase will be made available in this respect.
