Özet
ÖZET Koruya Dönüştürülen Baltalıklarda Odun Verimi ve Hizmet Değeri Tahmini (Çatalca-Binkılıç Örneği) Bu çalışmada, Çatalca-Binkılıç serisi içinde yer alan koraya dönüştürülen baltalık ormanlarının odun verimi ve hizmet değeri araştırılmıştır. Koru ve baltalık ormanları odun verimi ve hizmet üretimi açısından karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Odun verimini tespit etmek amacıyla amenajman planı verileri kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca 10 deneme alam ölçümleriyle amenajman planı verilerinin uygunluğu denetlenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucu baltalıkta yaş-hacim ilişkisi, ayrılan ve kalan meşçere hacimleri ile genel hacim verimi belirlenmiştir. ERASLAN (1954)' in odun çeşitleri tablosu kullanılarak meşçere hacimlerinin tomruk, maden direği ve yakacak odun ürün çeşitlerine dağılımı bulunmuştur. Tomruk“100”olmak üzere fiyat endeksleri maden direği için“80”, yakacak odun için“15.5”olarak hesaplanmıştır. Böylece her yaş ve ürün çeşidi için fiyat endeksleri belirlenmiştir. 120 yıllık idare süresi sonunda fiyat endeksi baltalıklar için 4 548, koru ormanları için ise bunun 5 katma yakın bir değer olarak 19 282 bulunmuştur. Hizmet verimi; su üretimi ve erozyonu önleme, ot ve yemlik yaprak üretimi, yaban hayatı, rekreasyon, biyolojik çeşitlilik, sosyal ve ekonomik katkı başlıkları altında incelenmiştir. Bu bölümde özellikle Binkılıç' ta ön plana çıkan Köylü Pazar Satışı (KPS) uygulamaları üzerinde durulmuştur. VI

SUMMARY Estimation of the Wood Yield and Multiple Use Value in Coppices Converted to High Forest (Çatalca-Binluhç Sample). In this thesis, the wood yield and multiple use value of coppices, which were converted to high forest included in Çatalca-Binkılıç working circle, were searched. The high forest and coppice were comparatively observed according to wood yield and multiple use value. The data obtained from management plan were used in order to determine wood yield. In addition to this, the accuracy of the data obtained from management plan were tested by using the data obtained from the measurements of 10 sample plots. As a result of statistical analysis, the relationship between age and volume in coppice, the volume of mortality and residual stand and total volume production were determined. By using ERASLAN (1954)' s table, the distribution of growing stock on variety of wood- products such as log, mine timber and fuel wood was found. By taking log as“100”, the price index was calculated for mine timber as“80”and for fuel wood as“15.5”. Thus, the price indices for variety of wood-products and for age classes were calculated. At the end of the rotation age of 120 years, the price indices were found as 4548 for coppice and 19 282 in high forest as nearly five times the previous one. The multiple use value was observed under the headlines of water production and erosion control, grass and fodder production, wildlife, recreation, biological diversity, social and economic value. In this section, a lot of attention was given to the system of CMS (communal market sale), which is important in Binkılıç. VII
