In this study, in the political development process of Turkey the place, the role and the ideology of the Justice Party were investigated. In order to do that, economical, social and political policies which followed by the justice Party between 1961-1980 were reviewed. In this stady, literature review model was used. The inverti- gation was limited with the Jastice Party and the Republican Period of Turkey. It the first Chapter of the report, the historical bacround and the Democrat Party Phenomena, the fauntation. öf the Jstice Party and its opposition period between 1961-1965 were reviewed. At the second Chapter of the report 1965 General Elections, Socio-economical and class base of the Justice Party and its-; socio-economical and foreign policies were reviewed. At the thirt chapter, March 12 1971 military coup and Democratic Party phenomena, First and Second Nationalist Front and the measures of stability of January 24, 1980 were reviwed. According to the data gathered as a result of this study, the Justice party had immence contribution to the democratic current to take part in the Turkish political life, and industrialization and moderniziation of Turkey. The Justice Party emhasized industrialization, and streng thening the middle class and followed preventive and import compensation economical policies. But it did not have specific Social and cuetural policies. As a result, the Jastice party tried to unify all social Classes and if was a sample of massive political party, which had liberal right ideology.
