öz YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ ÇUKUROVA BÖLGESİNDE TURUNÇGİL İHRACAT SEKTÖR YAPISI SEVAL MUTLU ÇUKUROVA ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ TARIM EKONOMİSİ ANABÎLİM DALI Danışman: Prof. Dr. Oğuz YURDAKUL Yıl: 2001, Sayfa:77 Jüri: Prof. Dr. Faruk EMEKSİZ Prof. Dr. Serap ÇABUK Bu çalışmada, dünyada, Türkiye'de ve Çukurova Bölgesinde turunçgil ihracatındaki ve üretimindeki gelişmeler incelenmiştir. Bunun yanısıra, AB 'de turunçgil ithalatında uygulanan kalite standartları ile politikalar, rakip ülkelerin organizasyon yapıları ve Türkiye'deki turunçgil ihracatındaki uygulamalar ana hatlarıyla gözden geçirilmiştir. Çukurova Bölgesindeki turunçgil ihracat sektör yapısını ortaya koymak amacıyla Çukurova Bölgesindeki 38 adet firmayla yüz yüze anket yapılmıştır. Anket sonuçları değerlendirilerek turunçgil ihracatını etkileyen faktörler saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Faktör analizi sonuçlarına güre; destekleme politikasıyla ilgili özellikler turunçgil ihracatını etkileyen en önemli faktör olarak belirlenmiştir. Bunun yanısıra ihracatımızın ve dış pazarlarda rekabet gücünün artması için ürün, ambalaj kalitesi gibi özelliklerde dikkat edilmesi gereken diğer konular arasındadır.

THESIS THE STRUCTURE OF CITRUS EXPORTING SECTOR IN ÇUKUROVA REGION OF TURKEY SEVAL MUTLU DEPARTMANT OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS INSTITUTE OF NATURAL AND APPLIED SCIENCES UNIVERSITY OF ÇUKUROVA Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Oğuz YURDAKUL Year: 2001, Pages: 77 Jury: Prof. Dr. Faruk EMEKSİZ Prof. Dr. Serap ÇABUK In this research, growth of citrus export and production in Çukurova Region of Turkey were investigated with the comparison of world's production and export. Furthermore the regulations of quality standard and import policies of EU on citrus have been reviewed. The institutional organization of Turkey's competitor countries and citrus export policy and practices of Turkey have also been reviewed. Data was collected trough survey of 38 export firms in the Çukurova Region of Turkey. The result of factor analysis show that supports policy is the most important factor affected on citrus export. Furthermore in order to strength competitiveness of citrus export of Turkey in the world market, quality related to both, product and packing should be taken in to consideration.
