ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi İNSEKTİSİDLERİN ELMA(Malus sylvestris Miller cv,Golden) POLENLERİ ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİNİN ARAŞTIRLMASI Zafer ÇAMBAY Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Biyoloji Ana Bilim Dalı 2002 Sayfa: 30 Artan nüfusun ve bu nüfusun beslenmesi bugün dünyanın karşılaştığı en önemli sorunlardan birisidir. Ekonomik ve tarımsal üretim yapmak ve sürekli bu artan insan nüfusunu beslemek için birim alanda daha kaliteli ve daha fazla miktarda ürün alınması gerekmektedir. Bunun için üretimde genel olarak pestisidlerin bir grubu olan insektisidlerin kullanılması zorunlu hale gelmiştir. Çalışma, böcek öldürücü olarak bilinen supracide, sumusudine, gusathion ve lebaycide insektisidlerinin değişik konsantrasyonları kültür ortamındaki elma {Mains sylvestris Miller ev, Golden )polenlerine uygulandı. Böylece elma poleninin çimlenmesi ve polen tüpü uzaması üzerindeki etkileri araştırıldı. Çalışma sonucunda her dört çeşit insektisidin de yüksek konsantrasyonlannda polen tüpünün uzamasını ve polen çimlenmesini olumsuz yönde etkilediği görüldü. Fakat konsantrasyonların seyreltilerek yapılan uygulamada bu olumsuz etkinin azaldığı ve polen tüpü uzaması ve çimlenme % sinde artış olduğu saptandı. Kullanılan insektisidlerin polenler üzerindeki etkilerinde anlamlı farklılıklar gözlenmedi ancak % 12.5 konsantrasyondaki sumusudin insektisidinin % 25 konsantrasyondaki supracide insektisidinin uygulanması ile polen çimlenmesinde ve polen tüpünün uzamasında anlamlı bir artış olduğu gözlendi bununla beraber sumusudine, lebaycide ve gusathion'un % 3.125 supracide'in ise % 6.25 konsantrasyonda elma polenleri üzerinde etki etmediği saptandı. Böylece bu değerler ve sonuçların tarımla uğraşanlar çiftçiler, ziraat mühendisleri ve bu konuyla ilgili çalışma yapanlara yol gösterici bir kaynak olduğu önerilebilir. ABSTRACT Master Thesis EFFECTS OF SOME İNSECTICIDES APPLF (Malus sylvestris Miller cv,GoIden) İN POLLEN Zafer ÇAMBAY Fırat University Graduate School of Natural and Applied S iences Department of Biology 2002 Page:30 Today one of the most important problems which the work is face to face is feeding the population, to make economic and agricultural production.. ^d to feed this increasing population we must have more quality and productivity the pe. unit of the field area. For this reason in general during the production the Insectisids wh\ h arp * the groups of pesticids must be used more. The work is applied an the apple pollens which are in culture environment which is known as bug killer, sumusudine, gusathion, and lebaycid insectisids. By this way the growth of the pollen tube and germination of apple pollen has been searched. From the result of this study ;It has been, that all the four tipe insectisidin has affected the growth of the pollen tube and pollen germination in negative way at the high consantrations, but at the applications which eonsantrations was diluted. But at the duluted applications consantrations,if has seen that the bad effect is less and increase at the percentage of germination. There wasn't any change on the used insectisids on the effects of pollens but by the applications of supracide insectisidin at %25 consantration of %12.5 consantration of sumusudine. by this, it has seen that there was effect of sumusudine, lebaycide and gusathion %3,125 supracide %6,25 consantrations apple pollens effect of the making by this we can propose this work as a source to the formers, agriculture engineers and the persons working or this subject.
