ISTANBUL BÖLGESİNDE İNŞA EDİLEN KOOPERATİF KONUT YAPILARINDA TEMEL MALİYETİ İLE TESİS MALİYETİ İLİŞKİSİNİN İNCELENİŞİ ESİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Selçuk DEMİR GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Ocak 2002 ÖZET Bu çalışmada kooperatif binalarında tesis maliyeti ile, temel maliyeti arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Bunun için İstanbul bölgesi, Anadolu yakasında kooperatiflerce yaptırılan sekiz değişik kooperatif inşaatının projesi incelenmiştir. Seçilen kooperatif inşaatı projelerinin 2001 yılı birim fiyatları ile imalata dayalı olarak birim fiyat esasına göre tesis (yapım) maliyetleri AMP Hakediş ve Keşif isimli bilgisayar programı, temel maliyetleride fonksiyonel yönteme göre hesap edilmiş ve F testi ile istatistiki olarak bu iki maliyet arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, F testi sonucu hipotezimiz red edilmiştir. Kooperatif yapılarında toplam maliyet ile temel maliyetler arasında güçlü bir doğrusal bağıntı olduğu ve toplam maliyetlerin, temel maliyetlere oranı değerinin 4,59 olduğu bulunmuş, temel maliyetlerinin toplam maliyetin % 22'si civarında olduğu görülmüştür. REVIEW OF THE RELATION OF FOUNDATION COST AND ESTABLISHMENT COST IN COOPERATIVE HOUSES BUILT IN ISTANBUL REGION (M.Sc. Thesis) Selçuk DEMİR GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY January 2002 ABSTRACT In this study, the rate of establishment cost to foundation cost has been studied. For this occasion, eight different cooperative building projects built by the cooperatives in the Anatolian side of Istanbul province have been examined. The year 2001 unit prices of the cooperative building projects selected and construction costs according to unit price based on manufacture, computer program called as“AMP Merits & Exploration”and the foundation costs have been calculated according to functional method, and the relation between these two costs has been statistically examined by F test In result, hypothesis was reject It was noted that there was a powerful direct relation between foundation costs and total costs in cooperative structures, and the rate of the total costs to foundation costs was 4.59, and the foundation costs were about 22 % of the total cost.
