ÖZET ENDÜSTRİYEL YAPI SİSTEMLERİ ŞENOL, Osman Yavuz Yüksek Lisans Tezi, İnş. Müh. Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi: Prof. Dr. Ergin Çıtı pıtı oğlu Temmuz 1987, 112 sahi f e Türkiye'de konut ihtiyacı, doğum oranının ve köyden kente göçün yüksek olması nedeniyle artmaktadır. Geleneksel sistem lerin artan konut talebini karşılaması mümkün değildir. Dola yısıyla endüstriyel yapı sistemlerin uygulanması gereklidir. Bu çalışmada, yarı endüstri 1 eşmiş sistemlerden tünel kalıp ve Mascon yapı sistemleri, endüstri! eşmiş sistemlerden ağır pa nel ve hücre sistemi ve bunlarla beraber bina inşaatında yaygın şekilde kullanılan taşıyıcı olmayan bölme duvarları, yapı tek - niği ve fiyat açısından incelenmiştir. Türkiye'de uygulanan hızlı inşaat sistemleri, toplam üretim içinde çok az bir yüzde teşkil etmektedir. Dolayısıyla, bu sis temler için sunulan veriler yaklaşık değerlerdir. Bununla beraber, bu verilerin Türkiye'deki sistemlerin değerlendirilmesi hakkın da yeterli ön bilgiler verdiğini ümit ederiz.

ABSTRACT INDUSTRIALIZED BUILDING SYSTEMS ŞENOL, Osman Yavuz M.S. in Civil Eng. Supervisor: Prof.Dr. Ergin Çıtı pıtı oğlu July 1987, 112 pages The need of housing in Turkey is growing due to the high rate of ; birth and immigration from villages to cities. The traditional system of housing construction is not suitable to satisfy the grow ing demand. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize the industrialized building systems. In this thesis, tunnel formwork and Mascon building systems which may be classified as semi-industrialized systems and the large panel, the modular cell systems among the fully industrialized systems, together with the non-load bearing partition walls commonly utilized in buildings are investigated from the construction technology and the cost points of views. Rapid construction systems utilized in Turkey represent a very small percent of the total housing projects. Therefore, the data, presented for these systems, is rather approximate. However, it is hoped that, it gives preliminary information on the performance of the systems in Turkey.
