Özet
oz Çağımızda yaşanan süreç teknoloji temelli bir süreçtir. Dünyada teknoloji üreten ülkeler hızlı bir ekonomik büyüme göstermektedirler ve ekonomik gelişmeyi sağlamaktadırlar.Teknolojiye dayalı ekonomik gelişmeyi tarım-sanayi-bilgi toplumu içerisinde değerlendirmekteyiz.Yeni büyüme teorileri çerçevesinde teknoloji faktörünün üretim faktörü olduğunu dünyada gelişmiş ülkelerin gösterdikleri büyüme hızlarından hareketle analiz etmeye çalışacağız Teknoloji ve ekonomik gelişme ilişkisini Türkiye İmalat Sanayii üzerindeki etkisini imalat sanayiindeki göstergeler bağlanımda ele almaktayız.Türkiye İmalat Sanayiinde Teknoloji yönelimli bir yapı kazandırılması için ulusal yenilik sistemi başlığı altında teknoloji politikalarının kurumsallaştırılmasını bir çözüm önerisi olarak sunmaktayız. ABSTRACT The process we are witnessing in these days is based on the technology.Countries that produce tecnology are demostrating a rapid economic growth and also prodiving economic development.Technology - based economic growth is evaluated within the scope of agriculture-industry-information societies.We will try to scrutinize the tecnology factor as the factor of production under the framework of the new growth theories taking into consideration the growth impetus of developed countries of the world.The effect of connection between tecnology and economic growth on the Turkish manufacturing industry is handled within the scope of the technological structure indicators of manufacturing industry. We are putting forward the institutionalizing of technology policies as the solution proposal under the topic of national innovation system in order to get Turkish Manufacturing industry acquired with the technology- oriented structure. in
