Bayram KAÇMAZOĞLU Yrd. Doç. Dr. Abamislm AKDEMİR“1923-1945 Arası Türk Sosyolojisinde Pozitivist Eğilimler”adını taşıyan bu çalışma, dört bölüm ve çok sayıda alt başlıktan oluşmuştur. Birinci bölümde pozitivizm, kavramsal ve tarihsel çerçeveye oturtulmuş ve bu bağlamda, pozitivizm konusunda ortaya çıkan çeşitli yaklaşımlara yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise Pozitivizmin Türk Düşünce Dünyasına Yansıması başlığı altında Cumhuriyete devreden Tanzimat ve Meşrutiyetin birikimi olan düşünce mirasının betimlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Cumhuriyet döneminin en yakın kaynaklan arasında E. Meşrutiyet dönemini görebiliriz. Çalışmamızda önemli bir yer oluşturan bu dönem sosyal bilim ve ideolojilerde bir yapılaşma ve ekolleşme dönemidir. Bu dönemde yapılan çalışmalar sonucu, pozitivizmin Cumhuriyet döneminde hem devlet ideolojisiyle hem de sosyolojiyle nasıl içselleştirildiği saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Cumhuriyet Paradigmasının Temelleri adım taşıyan üçüncü bölümde ise 1923-1945 arası Türkiye ideolojisi üzerinde pozitivizmin etkisini Ulusallaşma sonucu olarak Türk Dil ve Tarih Tezi gibi metinlerin yam sıra Çağdaş bir toplumun özellikleriyle de özdeşleştiği vurgulanmıştır. Son bölümde ise Pozitivist Eğilimlerden Cumhuriyet Devrimine Yansımalar adı altında Cumhuriyet paradigmasının temelleri tahlil edilerek, Cumhuriyet devrimlerinin Osmanlıdan Cumhuriyete paradigma! bir geçişle, halka yönelik sosyo kültürel bir hareket olduğu savının ispat edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Toplumda bu sosyal hareketi halka yayma misyonu üstlenen kurum ve organlar genel hatlar içerisinde incelenmiştir. Ayrıca Halkçılık ve Milliyetçilik gereği köye yönelme hareketlerinde pozitivizmin sosyoloji ve devlet ideolojisiyle arasında organik bir bağ olduğu gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmamızın sonunda genel bir değerlendirme yapılarak pozitivizmin, bir söylem olarak toplumsal pratikler açısından bugün içerisinde yorumlanmasına da önem verilmiştir.

Bayram KAÇMAZO?LU Yrd, Doç. Dr. Ahamislim AKDEMİR This study entitled“Positivist Trends in Turkish Sociology between 1923 and 1945”consists of four chapters and a lot of some subtitles. The first chapter is devoted to the concept of positivism, which is dealt with on theoretical and historical basis, and to a variety of approaches which appeared in field of positivism. The second chapter is intended to define and describe the inheritance of thought, which passed into the period of Republic as a product of Tanzimat and Meşrutiyet Among the nearest sources of the Republican period is the period of Meşrutiyet EL This period forms a vital part of our study and is regarded as a period of formation and pioneering in social sciences and ideologies. As a result of the studies of the period, we have tried to determine how positivism was internalized both with the state ideology and sociology in the Republican period. The third chapter, under the title of“The Foundations of the Republican Paradigm”, has placed the emphasis on the fact that the influence of positivism on Turkish ideology between 1923 and 1945 has become identical with the qualities of a modern society as well as me texts such as the Thesis of Turkish Language and History as a result of nationalization. The last chapter is intended to analyze the foundations of the Republican paradigm and to prove the hypothesis that the Republican reformations are society-based socio-cultural movements with a transition from the Ottomans to the Republic. The institutions and bodies charged with extending this social movement to the public have been examined in general. Another objective öf this chapter is to prove that positivism has an organic link with sociology and state ideology in the movement of returning back to villages in accordance with Populism and Nationalism. Our study gives place to a general evaluation to interpret the positivism for today as a discourse in terms of social practices.
