Özet

Bu araştırmanın konusunu“Grafik Tasarım Eğitiminde Bilgisayar Destekli Paket Program Olarak Afiş”oluşturmaktadır. Grafik tasarım kapsamında ele alınan afiş, bu sanat dalının en önemli öğesi olarak kabul edilmiş, kitlelere plastik sanatlar yoluyla mesaj veren ve tanıtım sektörünün en güçlü iletişim araçlarından birisi olarak tanımlanmıştır. Bu nedenle afişin tarihçesi ve oluşum süreci incelenerek, gelişimi ve günümüzdeki kullanım alanları aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu süreç çeşitli konu başlıkları altında bir araya getirilmiş, afişin gelişimi, ünlü sanatçıların baş yapıtlarının incelenmesi ve afişin özellikleri açısından ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Baskı tekniklerinin gelişimi sonucu, yaşamı etkileyebilecek şekilde ortaya çıkan bu sanat dalının tarihsel süreç içindeki gelişimi, Dünyada ve Türkiye'de Afiş konu başlıkları altında ele alınarak, ortaya çıkışından günümüze ulaşana kadar olan dönemde, çeşitli sanatçıların çalışmalarıyla da örneklendirilmiştir. Afiş sokaktaki sanat, bir başka deyişle bir kent sanatı, çağdaş kent ürünü ve bir uygarlık göstergesidir. Bilgi verme, propaganda veya tanıtım amacıyla kullanılan afiş, gazete ilanları gibi sadece okuyucularına değil, geniş kitlelere hitap edebilmektedir. Bu nedenle hem kitle, hem de bireyler üstünde ideolojik ve estetik bir baskı da yaratabilmektedir. Bu sayede afiş, toplumla iç içe yaşar ve toplumun her kesimine seslenme olanağı da taşır. Bu özellikleri göz önünde bulundurularak afişler; Kültürel Afişler, Sosyal Afişler ve Tanıtım Afişleri olarak bölümlere ayrılmış ve incelenmiştir. Bir iletişim aracı olarak kabul ettiğimiz afiş, insanları uyarıcı, duygusal mesajlar içermelidir. Bunların uygulanabilmesi için de, afiş tasarımı çok önemlidir.Afiş tasarımında çeşitli unsurlara dikkat edilmelidir. Afişin grafik tasarımı özgün olmalı, alışılmışın dışında dikkat çekici unsurlar içermelidir. Bu unsurlar Afiş Tasarımı konu başlığı altında incelenmeye çalışılmış ve Afişin kullanım alanları üzerinde de durulmuştur. Günümüzde hızla gelişen bilim ve teknolojinin tüm alanlardaki etkisini görebilmekteyiz. Dolayısıyla bu gelişim sanatta da yansımasını bulmuştur. Özellikle bilgisayar kullanımının yaygın olduğu Grafik Tasarım Eğitiminde kullanılmak ve bu konuda çalışma yapmak isteyenlere başvuru kaynağı olarak, Afiş Sanatınınvuı incelendiği, bilgisayar destekli Macromedia-Flash programından da yararlanılarak bir“eğitim CD”si hazırlanmıştır. Tezin ana konusunu teşkil eden bu cd ile birlikte, okuyucular için bir de tez metni sunulmuştur.

The main subject of this study is“Poster as the computer Assisted Packed Programme in Graphic Design Education”. Poster which has been taken into consideration in terms of Graphic Design, has been regarded to be the most important element of this art branch and defined to the people as one of the strongest communication vehicles and which gives messages through plastic arts. Therefore, the history of poster and its process of existence has been analyzed and its development an its ways ofusage at present have been revealed. This process has been combined under various headings and analyzed within the scope of the development of poster, the works of famous artists and the characteristic features of posters. As a result of the improvement of print tecniques, the development of this art branch in history which occurs in a way that can affect life, has been exemplified with the works of various artists under the headings of“Poster in the World ”and“Poster in Turkey”in the period from its occurrance up to present time. Poster is the art in the street, that is to say, a city art, the product of the contemporary city and an indication of civilization. Posters, which are used to inform, for propaganda and advertisement, can address to great amount of people unlike the newspaper anouncements which only address to its readers. For that reason, it is able create an ideological and esthetic pressure not only upon groups but also upon individuals in that way, poster lives within the society and it has the opportunity to address to every part of it. Taking these feature into account posters have been divided and analyzed in the groups of Cultural Posters, Social Posters and Advertiment Posters. Poster, which is regarded to be a vehicle of communication, should include emotional and striking messages and the design of posters is extremely essential in order to apply these, in the design of posters, certain points should be taken into consideration. The graphic design of posters should be unique and it should include elements which are striking and extraordinary. These elements have been analyzed under the heading of poster design and different ways of the poster usage have been focused on.Nowadays we are able to see the effect of developing science and technology on all of the fields and this development has its reflection also in art. A CD of education has been prepared by the help of computer assisted Macromedia-Flash Programme in which the art of posters has been dealt with and which can be used especially in the education of Graphic Design in which the use of computer is very common and this can also be a source for the ones who want to carry out studies on this subject. A full text of thesis has also been presented for the readers in additon to this CD which constitutes the main subject of this thesis.
